"The service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u."

"The location is great . It was very bad to be stressed to find parking because they are always full and cost extra expenses. The room looks good but the walls need to be cleaner . I wanted to drink coffee but the sugar and milk powder was too old and dried hard . Overall a good experience for view nights for longer I would not recommend for the price it’s given. The soundproof walks are bad everything happens around your room you would hear it . But to be fair must of hotels are like that but must of hotels does not cost as much ! The breakfast was ok there was fishy smell like from milk and eggs . We are in summer but still it didn’t give a good feeling."

"The service and ambiance were pretty good, but the facilities are showing their age! These past few days, Europe has been experiencing a heatwave, and the AC in my room was completely dead. With temperatures hitting 40 degrees, the room felt like a sauna... 😥😥😥 Even though the hotel staff did their best and brought in a fan, for a 4-star chain hotel, paying attention to heating and cooling systems should be a basic requirement, right? I'm really disappointed with my stay this time around!"

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral, 2 Parkhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Eine Dusche/Waschbecken im Zimmer sind nicht so toll, für eine Nacht war es ok. Direkt nebenan ist ein Club, Samstagnacht ist es entsprechend laut. Eine zweite Bettdecke wurde auf Wunsch direkt bereitgestellt. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig und freundlich. Bei. Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht, z.B. Mehrkornbrötchen, Naturjoghurt, Quark.."

"location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest."

"We booked a room that was a medium and then were upgraded to a bigger room for six nights. The room itself was quirky with a big comfortable bed. Great location too. Staff were prompt at fixing our clogged up sink and were friendly when we requested things. Breakfast was limited but fresh and well cooked. There is very limited storage or shelving space in the room, also no fridge. The shower in the room was an absolute nightmare and very difficult to use for a week given its tiny size. It also had great fluctuations in temperature depending on who was using water in other rooms."

"The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent. The room itself was new and spotless. Hygiene: Very good, clean and tidy. Environment: Close to the city center, good surroundings. Service: The front desk staff was particularly arrogant, not only impatient but also very pushy. They gave me a cheaper room than the expensive one I booked, and it only got resolved after I complained. Unfriendly, especially the chubby girl."

"The Lady at check in was upbeat and friendly. I requested (due to the heat) in advance for a fan to be put into the room and for a quiet room away from the Main Road. Both requests were fulfilled. The beds are comfortable and the shower had a good pressure. Breakfast room was spacious and well looked after and the spread of items were very satisfying. We would return anytime. Excellent choice for customers who need to be near the Main Railway Station (3mins) walk. There is also a large Lidl opposite the Station a mere 4 minutes walk away from the hotel. From the Main Railway Station to the airport takes 10 minutes and costs 3.80 Euro per adult."
