Hotels near Carneval Museum Mainz, Mainz

The First time in my life we had such informative receptionist, he informed us about all important things in the hotel and was super helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is pretty new at good price and really good equipped. I would choose the exact same hotel if I were in Mainz for the next time

The room is relatively new and cost-effective, but also small. After checking in, we found out that many rooms on the first floor were being renovated, so we had to go through the renovated rooms to get to our room. There was no kettle.

There are many supermarkets in front of the station. Convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and very nice for that!

There is a bus stop right in front and across from the hotel. It was about half a hop and two stops away, so it was easy to move with a suitcase. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulously organized every day, so I felt good when I left and came back. I stayed in a 3-person room, and although the bed was small, I rested comfortably in my own bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly too!

In addition to the remote location, otherwise it is not the price now. There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat. Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking.

The front desk service is very good and can meet some needs. They are very enthusiastic to provide hot water for instant noodles. Haha

The place was clean, and the view next to the Rhine river was nice. However, the workers didn't speak English well, but they managed to assist me. A good stay in general

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
