"The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf train station, and the room was clean and spacious. However, for some reason, when I checked in, they didn't assign me a standard room. Instead, I got a special room with an extra bed that looked very much like a hospital room. I had to go back to the front desk and request a normal room again before they gave me one."

"The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent. The room itself was new and spotless. Hygiene: Very good, clean and tidy. Environment: Close to the city center, good surroundings. Service: The front desk staff was particularly arrogant, not only impatient but also very pushy. "The room was predictably small. When I first arrived, the white door wasn't opening, and I wasn't sure how to get in! 😂 Turns out, the door right next to it just pushed open. The breakfast was nothing special either, just cereal, milk, bread, and various cheeses. The location is quite convenient for the train station, making transfers easy. I think for Chinese travelers, this would generally be considered a very ordinary hotel. In China, hotels nowadays usually have pretty good decor and a modern feel, whereas European hotels are generally smaller and older."

"This is pretty good. Parking is €15 per day, but self-check-in is nice overall. The shower facilities are so-so, but acceptable. When I arrived, the hotel said they were out of shower gel and shampoo, so I had to use my own. They also didn't have any tissues. 🙂↔️"

"The hotel was okay overall. I checked in quite late at night, and there was no staff present for manual check-in, so I had to use the self-service machine. It was very slow, and the machine even had issues. The room was tidy and clean, but there was no bottled water, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The front desk was unstaffed, so the service was a bit lacking."
