"This hotel was a bit far from the city core (around 1.5h leisurely walk, but public transit close by also). The service and staff were very pleasant and professional. If you're lucky, complimentary gummy-bears will be 'in stock' at the front desk (they are delicious). There's a market close by also. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The area nice and quite. Breakfast was the best part of our stay -- great variety and taste."

"I stayed in a 2-person female dorm, and it was actually great that they assigned me with another Korean. It could have been awkward, but it wasn't a problem. The single bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit narrow and the room was small, making it difficult to open my suitcase, but it was still okay. The bathroom cleanliness was good too, and the location was quiet and nice. One thing to note is that there's a charge to store luggage in the lockers."

"The room was nice and comfortable. It's very close to the bus stop, which is the last stop on the line – just turn left when you exit. There's a supermarket at the previous stop, but no restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was expensive and didn't offer much."

"It was close to the Messe and within walking distance, which was great. You can walk to Frankfurt Station if you want, and it's also just a short bus or train ride away. I think the area is safer than the station. They don't clean the room unless you request it, but even when they tell me to tell the cleaning staff, I've never met them... On the last night, the alarm in my room suddenly started going off for an unknown reason and didn't stop for a while, which surprised me. It stopped once, but started again a few minutes later and was quite loud. The person in the next room also went outside, so no one really knew what was going on. It was good that it eventually stopped, but they never gave me any explanation as to what had caused it."

"I had a great stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and key attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt."

"It's close to the Frankfurt trade fair, and there's a train station nearby that goes directly to the fair venue, which is very convenient."

"The subway station opposite the hotel is a bit noisy. We went to the Frankfurt fair. The hotel is 500m away from the fair. This is more convenient. German hotels are generally not clean, but the rooms are not as big as domestic ones."

"Reception friendly. A check out without problems. To disappoint there is only breakfast. The choice of food and drinks is perfect but there are 3 points that need to be improved extremely. 1. This is generally a problem and amusement in all hotels what is offered to breads (seeds). Partly still cold from the freezing and hard as if they were already in the last months. Is it not possible to offer fresh breads. 2. This time extremely noticed in the hotel. Rugby and bacon (bough spike) unfortunately cold. It doesn't make any sense to start the time of the spice to produce a lot of spike and eggs. When people come to breakfast at 8:00 ( Sunday) the eggs have a skin above and the spoon is cold. 3. I understand that it is difficult to get staff, but staff in the fruit room should have basic knowledge in the gastronomy. It cannot be that you smell yourself for example a plate of bread, stand up around you and get a cup of coffee, return to the table and find that the table was cleaned. Another example of the day before , staff takes between the people over the table and cleans dishes and empty cups."

"It is an apartment-type hotel with a kitchen, so it is convenient to stay for a long time. I was worried that it would be hot because it was a tip floor, but it was cool unexpectedly and the sunset and sunrise from the terrace were spectacular."
