"The room was fine (park side). The elevator always felt full. Advertise with a rich breakfast buffet. The things that are there are not labeled, I have no idea what the 5 things in the bowls are. But apart from that a very boring breakfast. Cheese, 3 types of sausage, 5 grain rolls between 100 normal ones, 4 jams but I have no idea which ones. It's similar with quark, I would say more if I knew what exactly it was."

"Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"Hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. We stayed 11 nights so got know the area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The bad it is located at a highway off/on ramp. That meant 24 hours each day of noise. When the windows were closed it was quiet. We stayed in July and no air conditioning meant the windows were open. I would gladly return just not in the summer."

"It was very strange that the key card here uses a red light and multiple beeps to open the room door. Normally, hotels would just have a green light and one beep to enter. Here, you have to wait for the light and beeps to finish flashing before you can enter. At first, I thought the key card wasn't working, so I went to the front desk to ask for a new card or a different room. It was very comfortable, and I appreciated the glow-in-the-dark star stickers on the ceiling. However, there were no tissues provided, and no laundry service."

"Mit Ausnahme der fleckigen Teppiche im Zimmerbereich waren wir mit den Leistungen im Best Western sehr zufrieden, grosszügige Auswahl beim Frühstück Buffet, sehr nette, freundliche Bedienung, hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang, welches uns mit Tipps sehr gut geholfen hat."

"No issues with the hotel itself and the service (both are excellent), the only downside is the location. Nothing particularly interesting in the surrounding area and the construction made it tedious to get to but on the plus size, the train is a quick 10 minute walk away."

A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff and a tasty all you can eat, breakfast buffet sets you up for a day of exploring Hamburg Harbour and other tourist attractions. Highly recommended."

"Hotel samoobsługowy, check in przebiegł bez problemu. Pokój czysty, posiadał wszystko potrzebne udogodnienia, aneks dobrze wyposażony. Mieliśmy jedynie problem gdy chcieliśmy wyjść to okazało się, że drzwi od pokoju nie zamykają automatycznie. Po kontakcie z infolinią zmieniono nam od razu pokój wiec załatwienie tego przebiegło sprawnie. Ekipa sprzątająca w dniu wymeldowania przychodziła kilka razy przed 11 żeby sprawdzić czy już nas nie ma, co było trochę uciążliwe."
