Edward was helpful and kind just like what other review said. Needed a place close to the airport for the next day super early flight. Yes you for sure will hear airplane even late at night. That didn’t bother us as we are deep sleepers.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Early checkin (30min) was possible and they stowed our luggage before. The Junior Suite was directly to the street, you hear noise all the night (also with closed windows). No flyscreen against Moskito. Fire place has no glass window. Hiking trails on the area. Nice big shower, small kitchen just with coffee maker and fridge. Some plates and cutlery would be nice, but we got it in the restaurant. Second bed very soft, pillows hard and soft to choose - good. You can choose breakfast from the menu. We can recommend it.

We stayed here on our first night after we landed in San Jose. It is a great location only 60 min away from the airport. They pay attention to all the small details like having an umbrella outside your room. Nestled in the countryside they have multiple trails to choose from.

Spent one night in this hotel. Close to airport. Shuttle bus is not 24/7. Reached San Jose at 1.30 am. No more shuttle bus so it is best to check with hotel beforehand. The 24/7 is misleading and should be amended. Other than that, this hotel is good since it is very close to a long stretch of restaurants and Walmart is within walking distance.

I read summer great reviews of this place and it did not disappoint. There are small trails on the property. Stunt get excited, they are small but you are not next to another building! The pool is nice but not heated. If you are from the NE US, you are used to it. Or was refreshing especially after being in the sun for a bit. The hotel is nicely kept but more of a local style which I prefer more than the standard hotel room. The room is beautiful and the bed is comfy. You can't go wrong here. Many people I met do the same thing, spend the last night in Costa Rica before flying out. Very secure, not much near, but the best ends to your pura vida vacation.

My flight got delayed, but they waited to let me in, and quickly showed me to my room, which was spacious and a lovely view of the gardens and Pool, the bed was comfortable in the shower was perfect. The lady on reception was lovely and prepared my breakfast and adjusted to my likes I would fully recommend this hotel if you want somewhere close to the airport , but in beautiful gardens , it’s approximately eight minutes away, there is also a big shopping mall about the same distance away if you forget anything

Excellent location and facilities. Convenient shuttle service and inclusive breakfast. This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at! One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

The hotel was built around 1903 and it is lovely! As would be expected the rooms are small but they have everything we needed for a one night stay before our flight. The beds were comfortable. The courtyard provides a great environment for a glass of wine or some reading. The gentleman kindly chilled the wine we had purchased at a local store. We also took his recommendations about places to eat and had an enjoyable evening out.

Walking distance from the airport, there is no complete trail, to cross a few main roads. On the return trip, the road to the airport was blocked, so I dragged the box to the airport to walk. If I have been waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport, I am afraid that I will miss the plane. This is a great advantage. Hotel facilities are OK, not old, not very luxurious, is next to the main road, the motorcycles in the past at night are very noisy, sleep is not good to pay attention.

Perfect hotel for if landing late or departing early, very comfy bed and clean room. There are no windows but it's perfectly ventilated There is a basic breakfast, enough to recharge. I recommend it
