"My flight got delayed, but they waited to let me in, and quickly showed me to my room, which was spacious and a lovely view of the gardens and Pool, the bed was comfortable in the shower was perfect. The lady on reception was lovely and prepared my breakfast and adjusted to my likes I would fully recommend this hotel if you want somewhere close to the airport , but in beautiful gardens , it’s approximately eight minutes away, there is also a big shopping mall about the same distance away if you forget anything"

"The owner is very kind and will first give you a tour of the facility. There is only one toilet and shower room on the premises, so you will need to stagger your arrival time with other guests. As I had an early morning flight, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the airport, which was arranged with plenty of time to spare. Also, as I would not be able to eat breakfast at the hotel, he gave me bananas and apples the night before, which was very helpful. It was a mixed-gender room for four people, but the beds had curtains so I was able to relax in peace!"

Breakfast is self service with fresh fruit and milk etc. Definitely gonna stay here again when I come back to Costa Rica next time!"

"I had the best experience staying at the Arc! The cabin was extremely comfortable. Nice bed, linens, spacious bathroom and a private patio to enjoy sunset above the city. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker stocked with Cafe Brit edit multiple pots. A nice work desk and closet also. My breakfast was included. A full Tico breakfast and attentive staff. I could taste the freshness and every detail right down to the garnishing and flower in my OJ was lovely. The gardens are epic and as an herbalist, I was in heaven! The amount of medicinal plants was amazing! I went home with a truck full! Darling, the vivero manager was so helpful. She had my Oder ready for me and staff to help pack it up. I will stay at the Arc every time I’m in SJ for a weekend or flying out of the airport. It is very close to the airport!"
