"My stay at Joy Hostel was excellent. The capsules are soundproof and very comfortable. The entire place, including the bathrooms, is spotless. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful—from reception to cleaners to kitchen. The meals are delicious, and the hostel offers great activities like yoga, karaoke, and parties. The location is perfect—walkable to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and a big mall. The atmosphere is safe and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is good. Wishlist: It would be even better if a hairdryer were available."

"The location is good as it is in a busy area close to 93rd Street Park. And the large room has a sofa and a great view through the full-length windows. Good value for money. Mornings are so-so. Compared to other hotels, they all have buffets, but it is difficult for foreigners because the menu is limited and you cannot see it with your eyes."

"Due to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice."

"Hotel is located in where the middle class lives so it’s rather safe area with some restaurants and cafe. Clean room ,staff is nice and got a small gym. Juice and fruits provided daily so it’s good value for money."

"The hotel is located in an affluent area of ​​Bogotá, surrounded by six- and seven-story residential buildings. It's a 5-8 minute walk to a variety of restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Korean cuisine, American burgers, BBQ). The hotel is clean and tidy. The only problem is that the second floor often has a bad odor. 😭 (I stayed in a second-floor suite on the 29th, but decided to move to a higher floor today. 😂) The housekeeping staff was happy to take care of the room. 🥹 The reception was warm and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel breakfast is an 85 out of 100, especially for the hot lamb soup. 😁 I haven't tried the hotel lunch yet. 😅 Dinner (pictured) is Chinese pork ramen (the pork tasted disappointing) with champagne. It's around 128,000 pesos ($230). Suggestion: Go out and find something to eat. 😅😆"

"The location of the hotel is great because it is right at 93 park, which makes it easier to walk from there to several restaurants and to the park itself, the bed was very comfortable, the staff of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good. So it is basically a great place to stay if you want to be at a cool area. One thing I did not love so much was that the rooms have thin walls so I could hear whenever a person was walking in the hall, closing a door or even snoring. Another thing is that the windows were hard to open and close, to the point that I was not able to close the room window during the last night of our stay."
