"I wasn't very impressed with the security. There's no one at the front desk, and guests are allowed to come and go as they please. One guest arrived at 2:00 AM, and we could hear everything as he went upstairs. Then, when he got to his room, we heard a loud argument with a woman. I think if there's not going to be anyone at the front desk, they should set entry and exit times, because the noise keeps you awake, and you never know who might be coming in. There's no control whatsoever."

"Hotel was in the perfect location close to all big shopping centres and another plus was it was very clean. Room service was always top standard and consistent however it was big let down that the hotel didn’t communicate the spa/pool pictured was not available during the whole of my stay. If I’m not mistaken it should be clearly communicated to guests prior to accepting bookings if the included amenities are unavailable especially if for long periods. In addition, if the spa is unavailable the lift and level to the spa should be unavailable for guests to swipe to that level.. I went to inspect it (not knowing it’s being renovated) and got stuck on the level as there are no buttons to go back up.. Highly recommended however, it would be nice if the hotel was a bit more mindful with regarding the communicating to guests about renovation of spa and how long it’s being fixed + not allow access down to that level if there is no way back up"

You need to leave the window open for the natural a/c and it will be ok. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits amongst others. "The arrival after 30 hours of travel gave me a scare; in a dark, seedy street, the taxi stopped in front of a garage door.... I immediately asked the taxi driver to wait until I was inside; where had I ended up in the middle of the night? But when the door opened and I entered the lobby, everything was OK!!! I was spoken to kindly (in English!). So the taxi was allowed to leave; I had arrived. Quickly to the room to crawl into bed, because I was exhausted... The room on the 1st floor was small, but adequate. A (too) short bed, with my feet hanging over the edge, didn't bother me; TV, WiFi, and a clean shower and sheets. Everything you could wish for... The next morning, breakfast included. The waitress was a little late, but I could live with that. At 7:10, a delicious fried egg and toast; accompanied by some (lukewarm) water for the pills and a delicious cup of coffee! An extra toast was also ordered using gestures and delivered quickly... Top-notch service. Unfortunately, the guy on the night shift who spoke English had left early... A taxi to the airport was arranged using gestures. For less than a quarter of the price of the previous evening, I was dropped off safely at the airport! Hats off to this additional service! In short, to avoid being judged too quickly on first impressions: the service, cleanliness, and amenities are simple but complete! A solid 9 out of 10 for this cheap, simple little hotel!"

"The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast could be improved and have a little more variety, the attention of the staff is first class. But I have to make some notes in front of the place, this is in a place called free zone, which is a conglomerate of customs warehouses, for this reason at the entrance of this place there is a security service that is attended by very rude doormen, it is a nuisance to have to register your passport every time you enter and leave and that the Uber Taxi services cannot enter and have to register as well and one cannot enter with the transport putting their safety at risk. In addition, they are extremely bold, they retained my document while they verified that I was in the hotel knowing that I had just left and they had already received me less than two hours ago. I would recommend that you notify the guests of these inconveniences."
