"I wasn't very impressed with the security. There's no one at the front desk, and guests are allowed to come and go as they please. One guest arrived at 2:00 AM, and we could hear everything as he went upstairs. Then, when he got to his room, we heard a loud argument with a woman. I think if there's not going to be anyone at the front desk, they should set entry and exit times, because the noise keeps you awake, and you never know who might be coming in. There's no control whatsoever."

"I stayed there for one night because I wanted to explore downtown Bogotá. Overall, the hotel was good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. One important thing to keep in mind is that if you are a foreign visitor, be sure to bring your passport with your entry stamp when checking in; otherwise, you may be charged an additional 19% tax on the room rate. My only complaint was that the front desk never answered the phone. I wanted assistance with the TV so I could watch the World Cup matches, but I was unable to reach anyone. Aside from that issue, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying there again."

"fantastic breakfast, helpful staff as we were travelling with an infant. The surrounding area of the hotel is perfect for running or walking in the park. Close by shopping market within walking distance for food or basic staff. Quiet location respect the busy city and perfect for resting after a day out. Common areas inside the hotel were perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately the last floor with the gym was under renovation and we couldn't use it but we will come back as it has been an overall great staying."

"Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor."

"We stayed one week at One sixteen hotel, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Since there is no an a/c in the room it was sometimes too warm in the room. You need to leave the window open for the natural a/c and it will be ok. The breakfast is great with fresh fruits amongst others. We asked the hotel before we travelled for pickup and this went flawless. The driver was very professional and friendly."
