I had a wonderful stay at O Hotel Taiwan! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. It made exploring the area simple and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even better. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taiwan!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Calligraphy Greenway. The single room is small but features a tatami setup, which is quite comfortable. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious.

We had an absolutely wonderful and satisfying stay at Palmer Hotel! One of the first things we noticed was the beautiful, refreshing scent in the lobby and all through the hallways—it made coming back to our room feel so relaxing. The breakfast buffet was superb with a fantastic variety of food. Plus, the location is unbeatable; it's highly accessible to transportation and very close to all the top tourist spots. A perfect stay from start to finish!”

I've stayed here before, and for this short trip to Taichung, I chose it again. It feels like they've made even more improvements! The lobby on the first floor has more greenery now, and the rooms are small but cozy, with a little sofa. The bathroom is outside, but everything is just lovely 😊

Nice hotel, we liked the design and decor. Location was good for exploring Taichung - fairly close to various bus stops, made getting around the city easy. Has some good restaurants and shops nearby as well. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours once we arrived until it was time to check in. Free coffee in the lobby in the mornings was great. There are scent oils you can use in your room as well. The room itself was clean and spacious enough for two people. Nice shower, Japanese style bidet toilet, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Would recommend and would return for future trips to Taichung.

9 out of 10, very satisfied! This hotel, much like Chen Meifeng (a ********* celebrity), has maintained its beauty and charm over the years. It was once the most prestigious hotel in Taichung, and it still feels brand new today. The entrance opens right onto Calligraphy Greenway, making it feel like you're staying in a park – absolutely beautiful. The room lighting was a little dim, but everything else was flawless. I'll definitely be back!

Very beautiful hotel. Staff were courteous. There is a KFC next to the hotel and a family mart nearby. Outside the hotel ,you can bus no.5 to taichung station. Overall I am very satified with my stay there.

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. First and foremost, the staff's service was truly outstanding. Their consistently polite and warm approach made me feel at ease throughout my stay and their hospitality definitely made me want to return. The breakfast, which I enjoyed both mornings, was also incredibly delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The extensive menu offered a very satisfying dining experience. Regarding the location, while it's in the city center, access to major public transport wasn't particularly convenient. However, the exceptional staff service and delicious food more than made up for this, and I consider them the hotel's biggest draws. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who prioritize excellent service.

A rare find with a triple room! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was also very convenient, with a Watsons right next door. It's a great hotel choice in Taichung. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside with service to Taichung Station, which is super convenient!

Located in the middle of a night market, and right on a main street, it's a convenient location with easy access to taxis. The hotel is in a multi-purpose building, and the signs outside are mainly in Chinese, so it might be a little difficult to find. The building's appearance might be a bit surprising, but the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, with a separate toilet and shower. We stayed in a twin room, which was larger than expected. The beds were further apart than in a typical twin room, providing a sense of privacy even for two people (though, since I was staying with a close friend, the distance actually made us feel a little lonely, haha). There are no slippers provided, but you can purchase disposable slippers for 10 yuan at the front desk. There's a spacious common area behind the front desk with a refrigerator and a kitchenette. It gets plenty of sunlight, so it would be nice to bring in drinks to enjoy there.
