They provided detailed information about boat tours and breakfast, and promptly assisted with any questions, making for an excellent experience. The complimentary photo shoot offered by the hotel was also great and worth trying out."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very satisfied. The hotel environment was nice, the room was clean, and the receptionist, Xiao Song, was very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free parking and is very close to Metro Line 8. There are many attractions nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Pros: The location is excellent, right by the North Square of Suzhou Station. The room is very spacious, a true 35 square meters, and the king-size room feels like a suite. It even has a washing machine with a dryer, a mini-fridge, and a bathtub. Great value for money. Cons: The facilities are a bit old. The bathroom is small and shows noticeable rust marks, and the walls have signs of aging. There's no air conditioning vent in the bedroom (or at least no air comes out, even though it looks like there is one). While the room temperature stays at 23 degrees Celsius, the lack of air circulation makes it feel a bit stuffy. Being close to the train station, it's a little noisy. There's no master light switch, so turning off all the lights individually is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's very good value for money and recommended."

"Shantang Street is a culturally rich and bustling place, but it's *too* bustling, and in summer, it really tests your endurance. Jiangnan Weaving House is located in the middle section of Shantang Street, and being able to rest nearby when you're tired is such a lifesaver. This time, I'm incredibly grateful to the front desk staff, Xiao Xin and Shasha, for their meticulousness and warmth during check-in, and to Charles for arranging a pick-up and drop-off point in advance. This was a huge help for us, traveling with children and elderly family members. From handling luggage to guiding us through registration, and continuously asking about our family's needs, their service attitude was truly touching. Miss Xiaoneng and other colleagues who took over the front desk the next day also maintained the same consistent service, and the breakfast auntie was just as friendly. They were especially thoughtful when they learned we were celebrating our child's birthday. They even ordered a lovely little cake for us, which made our child deeply feel the warmth of the Suzhou people – he was absolutely delighted! The facilities, however, were a bit of a pity; there was no safe and no smart toilet, and storage space was a bit limited. But the air conditioning was excellent, and the lighting was comfortable. The bedding was also very good and comfortable for sleeping, and the internet speed was decent. For a short stay, the family room is still very suitable. Most importantly, there were no mosquitoes in the room, no mosquitoes, no mosquitoes! The hotel's ambiance is elegantly antique yet incorporates modern design elements. The loom display on the first floor is particularly splendid and spectacular. It effectively blocks out the hustle and bustle of Shantang Street, creating a peaceful haven for rest. "Complained about the rustling magnolia leaves and the wild flowers and weeds creeping into every corner. The benches surround a small pond where a few fish are vaguely visible. The bathroom was dry and odorless, and the pillows had a faint scent of rice. The front desk staff patiently explained the local routes to me and were very responsible; the service was excellent, and I was very happy 🥳 The customer service aunties were also very attentive. "The off-season prices were great, and the two young ladies at the front desk were super cute and provided excellent service. The freshly ground Americano in the lobby was fragrant and delicious, with a slightly bitter and tart flavor that lingered pleasantly after sipping. Parking was convenient. The only downside was its proximity to the elevated highway, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Getting to Pingjiang Road by taxi was a short distance. The hotel provided bath bags, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing!"

Staying here feels like entering a secret Jiangnan paradise, and it’s incredibly photogenic. Just a short walk away are famous noodle shops and all sorts of delicious food, plus a super picturesque city wall. 🛏️ Room: Super clean bedding, family-friendly upgrade was a delightful surprise! The bedding and amenities were spotless, and both the mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for the elderly and the child. When the front desk learned we had a child, they upgraded our king room to a family room with a slide and a tent for free. My son went crazy playing as soon as he entered, and even asked to sleep in the tent at night – it was his first time sleeping in a small tent by himself, which moved this mother deeply! 🤖 Facilities: Robot room service was a hit with the child. The hotel has cute room service robots, and my son chased them around the whole time. He was so excited every time we picked up food, which totally maximized the joy of traveling with a child. 👩💼 Service: Meticulous to the core, responsive and incredibly warm. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and patient. Any issue we had was responded to immediately and resolved promptly. As my parents have mobility issues, the staff proactively helped with luggage and gave directions, providing thoughtful care throughout – it was truly heartwarming! 💎 Most touching: Sapphire ring found and returned! After checking out, we realized my mother's sapphire ring was left in the room. The hotel contacted us immediately, and after finding it, they promptly sent it back via SF Express. The entire process was efficient and responsible. This level of conscientiousness and attentiveness truly exceeded expectations and gave us such peace of mind! ✅ Summary: The whole family gave it rave reviews, our top choice for our next trip to Suzhou!
