MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Chayuanchang Subway Station)

The hotel has an unbeatable location, right next to the Chayuanfang Metro Station and within walking distance of Guanqian Street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the front desk staff are warm and attentive, and it's very convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

Just like the photos! The hotel is very clean, the bedding is fresh and dry, and the room layout is well-designed. The toilet isn't one of those useless, over-complicated smart ones. Housekeeping is done daily, and disposable amenities are restocked promptly. It would be even better if there was a guestbook. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Suzhou.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Guanqian Street and the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and hygienic. The only minor drawback was that the room might have been near the linen room, as the soundproofing wasn't great. I would still consider this hotel next time I visit Suzhou.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from Guanqian Street and not far from Pingjiang Road or Shiquan Street. The surrounding area is lively, packed with shopping malls and restaurants. The rooms are fairly standard but quite spacious. Likely because it's an older building, the bathroom has a step-up floor, which is a bit inconvenient—those with mobility issues should definitely check with the hotel before booking. The service and amenities are quite standard; the front desk offers complimentary drinks and candies, though no snacks. One downside is that you can't cross the street at ground level and have to use the pedestrian underpass, which can be slightly inconvenient if taxis drop you off on the other side.

Traveling to Suzhou with my family, I chose the Meihau Lizhi Hotel as our first option. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was great. There are plenty of places to eat and shop right outside. The front desk service was excellent. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was also very rich, and it's quite close to all the attractions, about 3 kilometers away. It was a good experience!

Fantastic location, right by Chayuanchang subway station, and you step out directly onto Guanqian Street. The room was clean and bright, and the staff's service was absolutely amazing! Both the day and night receptionists were excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The location is great and easy to find. The room is also very clean and well-maintained. My favorite part is the table, which is super convenient for eating takeout. Overall, it was a good experience. They even provided free umbrellas when it rained, a big thanks to all the lovely ladies for their thoughtful service!

The hotel is located in the heart of Suzhou, with convenient transportation for getting around. I was very satisfied with the room, and I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Pros: Great location, just a 50m walk from the subway exit. The room was small but had a comfortable color scheme. It wasn't brand new and didn't have a smart toilet or voice control. The service was good; one of the female staff members, who was not very tall, was very gentle and sweet-spoken – I liked her. Another female staff member was taller and fairer, but she had a sour face, no smile, and seemed very rushed and irritable. 😟 The hotel view was great. Although the window wasn't very big, you could see the city architecture of Suzhou, which was beautiful. But! The soundproofing wasn't good!! Early in the morning! The cleaning lady was cleaning the room next door, and it was so, so noisy!!! It was deafening. I was supposed to get a good rest at the hotel, but with poor soundproofing and cleaning starting so early, I was so angry that I told the cleaning lady when I left that it was too noisy! She said she had to clean the room, what could she do? I don't understand, cleaning rooms around 8 AM, without any regard for other guests' rest time! It really ruined my impression. I lost something here and asked to see the surveillance footage, but they wouldn't let me. That's shady.
