"The service was great, and there's free coffee and biscuits on the first floor. It's right next to the Ten Drum Culture Park, which has an amazing band. It's also very close to the Chimei Museum. The view from the window was decent, and breakfast was good."

"It was a little disappointing when the receptionist was being quite unprofessional as I approached her for a spare room card. She told me that the guest was British after I told her my surname meaning that she didn't consider that a Chinese person can be British, how backwards and ****** such behavior this is. Lack of exposure might be the answer ;however, I was expecting a lot more from a 4 star establishment. Must I stress that the reason we conversed in Mandarin is a respect to the local staff yet it always backfires in situation like this. More training should be provided."

"Staff were so so so friendly. Plenty of food nearby. About 5kms from most of the places we wanted to visit which seemed close but with no train line your choices are bus or uber. With Tainan in general keep in mind the HSR is out of town so its either bus, uber or shuttle. The free shuttle saved us money coming back from a daytrip but the buses are nearby but if you miss one you may feel the wait. Bathroom ok (full size towels and plenty of tp) but I wish more places provided hand soap its silly having to step into a wet shower to access shower gel. I dont want to think about how many people just don't wash their hands. Coin laundromat within walking distance."

"I stayed here on a weekday and found it to be pretty good value for money. Although check-in isn't until 8 PM, a 12 PM check-out is still convenient. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but there's a Pxmart, Poya, and convenience store nearby, so you don't have to worry about not finding anything to eat. The room was spacious, but the bathtub had a lot of human residue. I didn't notice it at first when filling the tub, but then I looked closely and realized I could easily feel it just by touching it, which was a bit disgusting. Other than that, everything else was actually quite good."

"This time, I stayed at the Yoshi Hotel and Travel Xinmei Hall for three days and two nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to many great restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tainan and will recommend it to my friends and family."

"The breakfast spread was amazing! If I could rate this hotel for breakfast, it would be 10/10 because of the variety and the service provided. The dining area was seated based on senior citizens, families with young children, ********* couples, foreigners. So people could dine in peace or have access to the food easily. The only setback was the dust in the room which is shown in the photos, they could have cleaned the lights and aircond vent and ensure that the vacuum for the carpet was clean."

"An absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was superb. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks on the ground floor. Every staff member was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was decent. The price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money! I would definitely return. They also have a designated parking lot, and it's free!"

"The overall stay at the hotel was okay. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the bed felt a bit small and only one pillow was provided, which was too low for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom also lacked a place to hang pants, which was a little inconvenient."
