"Overall, it was very good. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was super cold, haha! My only minor complaints are that there was no complimentary bottled water in the fridge and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. The breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but it was filling and delicious. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again! A funny detail is that they give you the receipt in a little envelope, which is a cute touch, haha!"

"The staff were all very polite, and housekeeping and amenity replenishment were very prompt. All the basic facilities were there, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The location is excellent, very close to the MRT station, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs. The environment is really good."

"A very standard budget hotel. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is large with no issues with hot water. Slippers and toiletries are provided. The air conditioning works well. The location isn't far from Central Park, Formosa Boulevard, and a nearby MRT station."

"Good location, walking distance to formosa interchange which connects the redline to airport, highspeed rail, ruifeng night market and yellowline to the pier area to access qijin island. There is even a night market liouhe which is only 1min walk away! I actly liked this small night market more than the large ruifeng one as there are many tables to sit down and eat. Breakfast and self service washing machines are available too. And extension only costs 150NTD per hour.. very convenient. Only bad thing was lack of plugs. See third image. Whole room only had these sockets and they are too close such that it is viable to only use 1 plug at a time."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, standing as a standalone building. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. The front desk is on the 20th floor. On the first floor, they take care of your luggage and deliver it directly to your room. The room isn't huge, but the warm tones make it feel cozy and comfortable. I was very pleased with the numerous complimentary amenities. The mini-bar offers a great variety of drinks, which is a thoughtful touch, and the Dyson hairdryer is very practical and convenient. The gym is a bit on the small side. Breakfast was the most satisfying part – the steak was tender and delicious, comparable to renowned steak houses! There's a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and mushrooms, offering plenty of healthy choices. Overall, the standard is superb. I absolutely recommend it; personally, I think it's much better than Marriott or InterContinental! It's the top choice when visiting Kaohsiung."

"I was upgraded from a standard room to a corner room this time, which I really appreciate. Even though the corner room had a city view, being on the 7th floor still felt very atmospheric. Looking out from inside, the design was great, and the overall design of both the room and the lobby was excellent. A big plus was the very reasonable price I booked on Trip. A few minor drawbacks include: • Since the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there's no ice or microwave service. • Only tea bags were provided, no coffee, which was a little disappointing. • There were no hooks in the bathroom, making it a bit inconvenient when changing clothes, especially for business travelers. I hope these points can be improved in the future."

"Perfect location! The bathtub was a great amenity, and best of all, it's motorcycle-friendly. If you arrive on a motorbike, they'll arrange a sheltered spot for you so your precious ride won't get rained on – a huge plus! The front desk staff were also super friendly."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. Its location near Kaohsiung's bustling Formosa Boulevard MRT station is excellent, with plenty of shops and businesses nearby, plus a large grocery store just across the street. The hotel's service truly felt five-star. While there isn't a grand lobby, the practical amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool, were fantastic. The breakfast was also great, and they even had ice cream!"

"pros: - accessible to central park station which is red line straight to zuoying station for hsr - opp central park for the xmas market - 10 mins walk to liuhe night market - 5 mins walknto shinkuchan street - lounge with excellent side dishes and snacks with free draft beer in the noon and night. - staff are very friendly and helpful -gave a free bag of bakery upon checkin - late checkout at 12pm cons: - no washing machine on site - no toothbrush provided (think it is a norm across taiwan) - seating area in lounge limited especially during happy hours"

"The location is super convenient, right next to Kaohsiung Main Station, making it quick to get anywhere by metro, including Kaohsiung Arena and Liuhe Night Market, which are both nearby. We really loved the style of the hotel room; it had a nice European feel. The only minor drawback was that it was a bit dim in front of the bathroom mirror, which made putting on makeup a bit tricky, but overall, it felt amazing and super comfortable! For breakfast, in addition to the usual chicken, pork, and fish, there were also ********* options like egg pancakes, turnip cake, oyster omelets, soup dumplings, and teppanyaki noodles. Perhaps because we stayed for quite a while (five nights), the chef prepared special menus for us on the last two days, making steak and tiger prawn pasta, which was absolutely delicious. In the afternoon, there were also various light bites and drinks to enjoy, including special blended juices and even cheese foam tea. Most importantly, all the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful! If I visit Kaohsiung again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation!"
