"Very satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety."

"Staying at the Hyatt Place Shaoxing far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat, with several restaurants on either side of the hotel. Both the lobby and guest rooms are luxuriously decorated and have a quality feel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the window. The hotel staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic. Soon after checking in, we had some trouble connecting my phone to the TV for screen mirroring. Zhu Pengsen, a handsome staff member, immediately tried to help us fix it, but it didn't work. Even an engineer couldn't resolve it, and we assumed my phone and the TV weren't compatible, so we gave up. To our surprise, a little while later, Zhu Pengsen came back and successfully got the screen mirroring working! It turned out he had gone to another room and used his own phone to figure out how to adjust the settings. His dedication to guests truly touched me. As two seniors staying for four days, we planned a slow trip and would spend most of our time at the hotel, so not being able to screen mirror would have made our stay quite boring. I want to express my respect for Zhu Pengsen's professionalism once again."

"Facilities: The facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the tatami beds. The baseboard heater was always on, so we basically didn't need to turn on the air conditioning. It's the only guesthouse located within the Keyan Scenic Area, so guests don't need to buy tickets to enter the scenic area. "This is my second time to Keyan Scenic Area. I didn't stay overnight the first time and went back and forth on the same day. This time I planned to stay and experience it. It's just that the location is a little hard to find. You have to follow the navigation. The customer service reminded the location before check-in and said that they could pick you up, but because it was also our second time, we were still confident that we could find it ourselves. As soon as we checked into the room, the central air-conditioning was turned on in advance. As soon as we entered the door, we felt warm. As soon as we sat down, the customer service said that we could order their milk tea bar for free. I was given two drinks. It was the first time I experienced such good service. I tried them and thought they tasted pretty good. I recommend it. Although the room is not big, it has everything. It faces the river and you can see the river when you open the window. We also have a back door and an open-air balcony, which is very good. The TV is Xiaomi and quite big. The toilet is a smart toilet. The overall hygiene is also good. The only small problem is that the water is not hot enough when taking a shower at the maximum. If you take a long time to shower, the water will easily overflow into the room. Everything else is good. The windows are equipped with soundproof glass, so it is very quiet. Also, their breakfast is very good, especially the vegetable beef rice cake soup is delicious!"

"Great facility, Great location, Great food, Great service and Great view. Stayed three nights there with no problem at all. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. Two minutes walk from Keqiao Ancient Town for evening chill and Five to Ten minutes walk from Textile Markets depending on your textile needs The breakfast menu is same for all day but the taste was great. The receptionists are not very well in English but always ready to help your needs. Room Service was so great. The view from our room is not very well but can see the canal and the old home."

Located right within the Keyan Scenic Area, a shuttle from the guesthouse promptly picked us up after we parked our car. After settling in and resting, they drove us to Luzhen for dinner. We then enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the quiet Luzhen at night before walking back to the guesthouse. The next morning, after breakfast, we were at the entrance of the Keyan Scenic Area in just 3 minutes by shuttle. We were among the first to enter, spent two hours exploring, and then took a boat to the pier. We simply contacted the guesthouse for another shuttle pick-up back to our room to relax further. This convenience was an absolute lifesaver, especially traveling in summer with a child. Highly recommended!"
