It's a two-story condo with complete amenities except for drinking water, but drinking water is available at the counter. Remember to have WeChat as the staff are only there during certain hours. Highly recommended.

Traveling to Dalian during the off-season meant hotels were very affordable; Hanting was around 100-200 RMB, while Atour was a bit over 300 RMB. I originally went to the Hanting near Xi'an Road metro station. To my surprise, a hotel built in 2023 already felt old. The elevator was undergoing maintenance but still operational, the ceilings were low, and the room was drastically smaller than depicted in the photos, plus it had a strange smell. I immediately checked out. Seeing an Atour nearby that was reasonably priced, I decided to go there instead. I was incredibly satisfied with my stay here. During the off-season, I paid around 300 RMB for a hotel that would easily cost over 1000 RMB in peak season. It's a standalone high-rise building with a spacious view from the window where you can watch the sunrise. The room was large and comfortable, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. The service was also excellent. You can send clothes from the laundry basket in your room for washing and drying, and they also provide a space heater and humidifier. The gym, though small, was fully equipped with a good selection of dumbbells. Breakfast was also great; the seafood noodles were a unique highlight, and the breakfast spread was very rich. They even offered a complete selection of savory and sweet condiments for a simple bowl of tofu pudding. As I'm writing this on my flight home, I'm already nostalgic about this trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian!

The room was clean and tidy, and the four large beds were enough for many people. The apartment was very close to Xinghai Square, and it was also very convenient to go to various tourist attractions. There were parking spaces downstairs for 40 yuan a day, and it was very convenient to drive there. It was great and I look forward to coming again!

Our scenic room faced Xinghai Park directly, and the large windows offered expansive views, making it perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location is adjacent to Xinghai Square, with the coast just a few hundred meters away. Dalian is small, so taxis can take you anywhere. The front desk staff were warm and professional. When we noticed a hole in our bedsheet upon check-in, they handled it promptly. The interior decor is unique, and they don't skimp on quality, providing a Midea electric kettle and Xiangyin tissues. Minor drawback: Venice Water Town is an artificial attraction that, despite its reputation, doesn't quite live up to the hype.

During check-in and check-out, the room attendant even thoughtfully helped with luggage. Check-in guidance and parking were also taken care of, and they even sent me a text message in the morning, which was incredibly helpful. Disposable towels and other amenities were provided. Overall, the hotel was good. The price was reasonable, and the environment was clean. The toothbrush shed a bit, but otherwise, it was fine. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Dalian again. My husband, who originally disliked apartment-style accommodations, also said he'd stay here again if he ever moves in!

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, latex pillows and seasonal mattresses were just right, the intelligent guest control system was super convenient, and the white tea toiletries were fresh and good. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in is efficient, and the souvenir is sent when leaving the store. The details are full and the price is super high!

It's not far from Xinghai Square, and there's a subway station nearby, making it easy to catch a taxi. The value for money is pretty good.

Extremely satisfied!! My family of three doesn't sleep very well, so having three beds was perfect, plus a small, very private bed. The owner was also super nice, telling us how to check in and how to upgrade to a suite.
