"Service: The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. They saw me carrying two cups of coffee and proactively helped me with the elevator. Environment: The room was spacious and new. The only minor issue was the loud flushing sound from the toilet. Cleanliness: It was very clean, and I was quite satisfied. If I don't find any other options, I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"This hotel is a hidden gem! It's spacious, immaculate, and boasts both style and substance. The elevator requires a key card for access, which adds a great layer of privacy. The room itself features a sleek, sophisticated design, and the voice-controlled lighting and curtains are incredibly convenient. The bedding is high-thread-count cotton, and they even offer a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom amenities are essential oil-based with a wonderfully healing citrus scent. In the common areas, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and fruit tea – perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up after a day out. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I posted pictures, and everyone was asking for the link! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality."

"During my child's crucial college entrance exam period, I'm incredibly grateful to Hampton for providing such a quiet environment, blessings, and thoughtful service. Everything was perfect, from the early check-in to the late check-out, from the quiet hallways to the 'good luck on your exams' wishes at the door, and from the complimentary room upgrade to the detailed, handwritten welcome note. Every little touch was heartwarming. Many thanks to Xiao Qiu and Xiao Li for their excellent service, which made our stay at Hampton a truly wonderful memory."

"The hygiene was quite good, no weird smells, but I did spot some bugs on the curtains... The low score for the environment is because there's practically no soundproofing. I could hear the people next door laughing and goofing around at midnight, crystal clear... Then the next morning, the noise from upstairs was also very distinct... How can the soundproofing be this bad? The service, however, was very good, and the front desk staff were nice. Since I had already checked in, I didn't bother asking to change rooms and just put up with it for the night. Turns out, the next morning the upstairs noise started really early too, so there was nothing I could do. The facilities are comprehensive, though the showerhead was a bit tricky to adjust. Overall, aside from the really loud neighbors and upstairs guests, everything else was pretty good. The location is super convenient to find, very close to Labor Park, Zhongshan Square, and other attractions."

"This hotel is located inside another chinese franchise hotel. It’s on the affordable end for a touristic city like dalian. I stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable, most importantly it was hygienic. The property is also conveniently located near many ‘expat’ bars and popular tourist sites, all within walking distance."

"This is an old-school hotel with warm and thoughtful service. The soundproofing is excellent, and it's convenient to get anywhere. If you're in Dalian to watch a CSL match, it's just two subway stops from Qingniwa. Donggang is only five stops away, and taxis in Dalian are quite affordable. A taxi from the hotel to the airport is around 20-something yuan. Dalian boasts some of the best value-for-money Japanese food in China. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Sister Li and another person whose name I unfortunately didn't catch – both provided outstanding service. Dalian is a wonderful place; the gentle breeze is incredibly relaxing."

"This hotel stay was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The front desk staff were all smiles. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious, and the location was super convenient, right by a subway station. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend it to friends and will definitely choose it again for my next trip. The central air conditioning worked great, reaching 25 degrees. However, the loft bathroom had a slight odor."

"The service was excellent, and the room was very soundproof, so I slept incredibly well. I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the free laundry facilities downstairs, which are perfect for a hotel stay. They also have a free coffee machine. There are many attractions and shopping malls nearby, making it a great area to explore. The light show at Xinghai Square was beautiful and very close to the hotel. Both the customer service staff and the front desk were fantastic. I really love this place and highly recommend it! The service was superb, it was very comfortable, conveniently located, and spacious. I loved it!"

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights during my trip to Dalian, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, with twin beds, a coffee table, a sofa, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom and toilet were in separate small rooms, and there was also a separate washroom, so there was plenty of space. The bedding was clean, relatively new, and very comfortable to sleep on. You need your room card to access the upper floors, which felt very secure. Within a five-minute walk, there's the Youhao Square subway station and a Lawson convenience store. I received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the staff were proactive and friendly in their service."

"This hotel makes up for its outdated facilities with excellent service. I'm giving it 4 stars because the front desk staff, especially one woman, was incredibly helpful. The first room I was given had a strange smell, and when I mentioned it, she patiently showed me several other rooms late at night. I really hope the owner considers upgrading the facilities. Oh, and the location is fantastic – right next to Dalian Station, and lines 3/5 are just a 2-minute walk across the street, making it super convenient for getting around."
