"The staff was really nice and tried to help whenever needed. There is a lot of staff tho so sometimes youre the only traveller joining 5 of them hahah but its really fun. The rooms themselves look more run down than they do on the pictures which was a bit dissapointing, and a lot of mosquitos inside the rooms. The bathroom was perfect for what you payed for."

"I highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Guilin! Its location is absolutely fantastic. Right downstairs, you'll find Zheng Yang Pedestrian Street, packed with all sorts of snacks and restaurants. It's just a few minutes' walk to East-West Alley and Jingjiang Prince City, and getting to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is super convenient. You basically won't need a taxi for sightseeing. The soundproofing is good too. The front desk staff are warm and courteous, and they respond promptly to any requests. It really makes exploring, eating, and visiting attractions stress-free. For tourists visiting Guilin, the location advantage is unbeatable. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guilin, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip."

"The hotel stay was very comfortable, and the location is excellent. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and our butler was incredibly attentive. For both nights we stayed, they offered a selection of complimentary teas delivered right to our door. After checking out, my friend's child accidentally left their smartwatch in the room, and the butler kindly helped us mail it for free via SF Express to our hotel in Yangshuo. The service attitude is truly exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Guilin! The complimentary travel photography service provided by the hotel was also great. The photographer was very friendly and professional."

"Overall, the room was quite good. The guesthouse is a small building with lovely river views. However, the tatami room only offers good views on a clear day, but you can always go up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy them. The overall style is great, and they have a washer and dryer. My only suggestion would be for them to have a separate laundry room. The current placement of the washer and dryer feels out of place and detracts from the otherwise refined and artistic feel of the guesthouse. It gives off the impression that because it's not a 'front-facing' area, they didn't bother to organize or clean it properly. It would be much better if that area was well-maintained and they also provided laundry supplies. The owner was also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. And the BBQ place nearby is surprisingly delicious, highly recommend it!"

"I saw online that the hotel was located inside a park and the facilities were a bit old, so I was prepared for that. Despite being in a park, the service was excellent. They were very responsive to guest requests and had a great attitude. The biggest plus was the laundry room; they even sent a heads-up message before check-in about the many services available. Guests staying at the hotel don't need a park ticket, and I enjoyed a pleasant walk in the park, getting a panoramic view of Elephant Trunk Hill from the opposite bank. Now for a few complaints: When I first entered the room, I fiddled with the central air conditioning switch on the wall for a long time, but it wouldn't turn on. After contacting the front desk, I found out it needed a remote control. So, why have a non-functional AC switch on the wall? Also, the toilet seat was loose, and the mini-fridge only worked if you manually plugged it in. They upgraded me to a courtyard room with a balcony, and they did warn me in advance about the loud frog croaking. Indeed, the sound was just like bullfrogs, but it was fine; even bullfrogs need to sleep, so they didn't croak all night. My sleep quality was good, and it didn't affect us at all. Breakfast was included, but the restaurant was truly something else – I've never encountered anything like it. I arrived before 8 AM, and the air conditioning had just been turned on, making it incredibly hot. Halfway through my meal, I couldn't stand it and had to turn on another AC unit myself. Everything you wanted to eat had to be ordered from a menu; there was nothing ready-made. The selection was pitifully small, basically just the kind of steamed buns you'd find at a roadside stall. There was rice noodle soup too, but it was the worst I've ever tasted. I stayed for two nights and didn't bother with breakfast on the second day. What's worth praising in the restaurant, however, is the freshly ground coffee. The espresso was strong and ranks quite high among hotel breakfasts I've tried. Going out to eat was quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby."

"I forgot to take pictures of the room. The hotel is brand new, having just opened, and my experience was excellent. The bed wasn't as soft as the ones at Ji Hotel, which I appreciate. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning couldn't switch to cooling mode in winter, so it occasionally got a bit warm and I had to open the window for ventilation. On the bright side, it was very quiet. The lobby is spacious, and breakfast offers a great variety. They even have self-service luggage storage, and for larger bags, the front desk can store them in a dedicated room. 👍👍👍 The staff were very plentiful and enthusiastic about their service. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting to popular attractions by taxi, and there's a mall across the street for dining or ordering takeout."

"Accompanying my parents on a trip to Guilin. This hotel is very clean, with a rich breakfast selection and friendly staff. It is also conveniently located near attractions, with easy access to taxi & Didi. For lunch and dinner, we ate every time at the nearby Xinhuating Youfan Ou Yu restaurant, just a few steps away. Each meal for three people cost around ￥100 in total, and the food was excellent. The dishes we tried were all delicious: Cauliflower in a large bowl Stir-fried seasonal garden vegetables Lotus root with long beans Stir-fried lettuce with Chinese yam Beef pancake Guilin-style oil tea is complimentary."
