"Stayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again."

"It was a little disappointing when the receptionist was being quite unprofessional as I approached her for a spare room card. She told me that the guest was British after I told her my surname meaning that she didn't consider that a Chinese person can be British, how backwards and ****** such behavior this is. Lack of exposure might be the answer ;however, I was expecting a lot more from a 4 star establishment. Must I stress that the reason we conversed in Mandarin is a respect to the local staff yet it always backfires in situation like this. More training should be provided."

The property is a high-utility base for historical research, situated within walking distance of Anping Old Fort and the canal. I am inspired by the minimalist aesthetic and clean lines provide an environment conducive to ”mental decompression” after navigating the sensory-rich streets of Anping. however， a significant design flaw exists in the bathroom facilities. The window blinds are insufficient to fully cover the shower window, creating a transparency issue where the interior is visible from the public park outside. This presents a challenge to the ”psychological comfort” and privacy of the guest. Laundry services are not handled in-house; the establishment relies entirely on external providers. This can adds a layer of logistical complexity for travelers on a multi-city itinerary."

"During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel's location, surroundings, and in-house services. Overall, I had a pleasant time. First and foremost, the hotel's excellent location is noteworthy. A river flows right next to the building, and the pleasant breeze blowing across the water in the mornings and evenings allowed me to feel the presence of nature even while in the city. Simply strolling along the river gave me the sense of freedom that only a travel destination can offer, and it was a refreshing way to start my day. The hotel's bicycle rental service was another particularly memorable feature of my stay. It allowed me to easily visit places a little further from the city center, significantly expanding my range of activities. During my stay, I cycled to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and quiet residential areas, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the area. Being able to easily visit places that were a little farther away on foot and explore the city at my own pace was extremely pleasant and enhanced the enjoyment of my trip. The breakfast also far exceeded my expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, and each one was carefully prepared. There was a wide variety of fresh vegetables, hot dishes, bread, and desserts, so there was enough variety to keep you from getting bored even if you stayed for several nights. The dishes made with local ingredients were particularly delicious, allowing you to experience the unique flavors of the region and feel a little luxurious from the morning. As mentioned above, the hotel's location, the convenience of bicycle rentals, and the high-quality breakfast all combined to make this stay extremely satisfying. I feel that this is an inn that I can confidently recommend not only to tourists, but also to those who want to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity."

"There are plenty of places to eat nearby, although there is no breakfast included However, in the morning, there is a market at the door and there are many delicious foods nearby, which is very convenient. The only parking lot is a little far away (free parking lot near Fisherman's Wharf) But it's acceptable, just take a walk. The soundproofing is a bit low, and you can hear the sound of children crying and pulling chairs."

"The breakfast spread was amazing! If I could rate this hotel for breakfast, it would be 10/10 because of the variety and the service provided. The dining area was seated based on senior citizens, families with young children, ********* couples, foreigners. So people could dine in peace or have access to the food easily. The only setback was the dust in the room which is shown in the photos, they could have cleaned the lights and aircond vent and ensure that the vacuum for the carpet was clean."
