The room environment is quite good, spacious, and the overall ambiance is excellent. The lobby also has a great design. They even offered complimentary breakfast, which was incredibly rich and varied. The front desk staff were very friendly, warm, patient, and helpful. The fragrance on the floors was also pleasant. The experience of the Ji Hotel (Jinan Shandong University Central Campus) is great! The location is excellent, walking distance to the central campus of Shanda, it is very convenient to travel and eat around. The tea in the lobby is pleasant and the logs are elegant and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the sound insulation was excellent, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the intelligent facilities were easy to use. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the tea is intimate, and the robot is convenient for delivery. The facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich and fresh. Business trip, exam preparation, travel are very suitable, stable quality, cost-effective, highly recommended!

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose this one! It exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design is modern, and the facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly and patiently explain any questions I have. It's also very close to Baotu Spring and Quancheng Square, with direct buses, which is very convenient! They also provided detailed itineraries and food recommendations, which was a relief! Parking is also convenient, perfect for self-driving travelers! It's clean and a worry-free stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Jinan!

I was very satisfied with my recent hotel stay overall. First, the hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. Second, the room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The bed, in particular, was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The front desk staff assigned me a room far from the elevator, and it was mostly surrounded by residential areas, making the environment very quiet. This was incredibly friendly for someone with poor sleep, I loved it!

A normal Saturday night is 228 yuan, but after buying a coupon, it’s only 159 yuan a night. What kind of bicycle do you need? On weekends, hotels near the scenic area cost more than 300 yuan a night. This hotel is on Jiefang Road, close to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. It is considered a very cost-effective hotel. There are 7 bus stops from Quancheng Square to the hotel and half a mile. You can reach the hotel within 10 minutes. Before coming to stay, I read the reviews and was worried that my stay would not be good. In fact, my personal experience is pretty good. The room was indeed a bit small, but clean. After a day of sightseeing, I was very tired and I slept very deeply. The breakfast is also quite rich. I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the shopping mall and subway station. The night market snacks not far away are delicious. The service is very good. The overall cleanliness is very suitable for travel and living. However, the hotel facilities are a bit backward. Because I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, I attached three pictures taken during the trip.

They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

The hostel is big enough and everyone has his own locker and slippers. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in every room. I totally suggest this hostel to anyone coming to Jinan staying short or long.
The location is right behind the Daming Hu (Daming Lake) and there are various shops around it.
I stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I was absolutely amazed and satisfied.

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
