"The hotel's service attitude was incredibly satisfying; the staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. Coupled with the pleasant environment, everything felt exceptionally inviting, from the decor style to the overall ambiance, which was very comfortable. They even gave us a free room upgrade! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Harbin."
"Extremely satisfied with my stay! I arrived quite late, and the staff informed me about their late-night congee service. I checked it out and was really impressed by how thoughtful their late-night snack offering was—they had milk, congee, and even small side dishes. It was fantastic. The staff also upgraded my room type for free, and the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower pressure was excellent, and the mattress was super comfortable. Highly recommend!!!"
"This time I stayed at Magnolia again is the most wise decision. Every detail shows the professionalism and intentions of the hotel. I must share this surprise experience with five-star praise! 🌟 The hotel is located in the Qiulin business district. The location is full. The surrounding facilities are more mature. The room is not included in breakfast. Try to tell the front desk that the girl in the northeast readily agreed. After breakfast, go shopping in the nearby shopping center. No need to worry about dining and pastime. What is even more rare is that even in a bustling area, the surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and the street noise is almost not heard at night, which perfectly balances convenience and privacy."
"The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance to Haobaike, Fendou Food Store, and the Yonghe Street morning market. Choosing to stay here on our last night was perfect. We had breakfast at Yonghe Street morning market and Haobaike, then picked up some souvenirs at Fendou Food Store, and still made it to the airport right on time. Couldn't have planned it better!"
"The Children's Park is a 600-meter walk from the hotel entrance, just across the street if you turn left. We went in the evening, and it was bustling with people of all ages. Kids were skipping rope and playing in the sand, while adults danced in a square dance. One couple was playing beanbag toss with their two children. Five or six swallows swooped and glided over the grassy slope, and a few boys ran around wildly nearby. The whole scene felt so vibrant and lively, truly capturing the spirit of a dynamic city. Thumbs up!"
"Facilities: Can't expect too much, it has everything you need, mainly a humidifier.
Cleanliness: It's alright. For two people, they only provide one bath towel and one hand towel; we were too lazy to ask for more in the early morning.
Environment: It was incredibly hot! Nothing to say, you'd feel hot even naked! 🥵
Service: We arrived around 2 AM, registered, received our elevator cards in advance, and left at 6 AM. They were already giving and taking cards when the doors opened.
For the price, the room was hot, and with a humidifier, it was very good.
Forgot to take pictures. It was on the 21st floor; with the window open for ventilation, there was a noticeable breeze."
"Highly recommend this hotel! The attention to detail is evident from the moment you enter. The environment is quiet and clean, the decor is simple yet sophisticated, and the rooms are spacious and bright.
The facilities are new and easy to use. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, hot water arrived quickly, and the internet was stable. The cleanliness is truly remarkable; attention to detail is excellent, with no odors or stains – even those with a strong aversion to dirt can stay with peace of mind. The most pleasant aspect is the service. The staff are friendly, approachable, and patient, resolving any issues with care, making you feel truly at home. Excellent in every way, a top choice for travel accommodations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!"
"The room isn't huge, but it truly excels in every other aspect. It was sparkling clean, and I was pleasantly surprised the moment I turned on the lights. The bedding was spotless, no visible stains or signs of wear, which is always a plus. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and it's conveniently close to the morning market, making breakfast a breeze.
This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that offers two types of pillows – definitely a nice touch! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, big thumbs up to them! They even placed a protective mat under my suitcase to prevent scratches and thoughtfully put mats under my cosmetics and toiletries. I was also delighted to find some fresh fruit waiting for me upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise and quite delicious! For the price, this hotel offers incredible value for money."
"A big thank you to the lady at the front desk for upgrading my room for free! The room was absolutely lovely, and she patiently explained the locations of nearby attractions. When I accidentally left my headphones behind after checking out, she contacted me right away and even helped me mail them back – that was incredibly thoughtful. I'm so grateful to all the hotel staff; they made my experience in Harbin truly special."
"We chose a family room, and they provided three sets of toiletries, which was perfect for our two adults and two children. If we needed more, we could just call the front desk. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Harbin Station is within walking distance, or you can take the subway one stop, which is probably better. Just turn right out of the hotel and walk a few dozen meters to the Museum Station subway. One stop takes you directly to Harbin Station, and you don't even have to exit the subway to get to the train station entrance. A taxi costs the minimum fare of 9 yuan to get there. If you walk right out of the hotel, you'll find Fendou Road Deli, Fendou Fen Chang, and Qiulin Lidaosi a few hundred meters down, turning right at the corner with Mixue Bingcheng. Everything there is delicious, but be prepared for queues. Getting to the Ice and Snow World by subway is very convenient. On the way back, we got off at People's Square and walked about 7 minutes to Laochujia for some Guobaorou (fried pork in a sweet and sour sauce). As for hotel facilities, they're a bit dated. The family room has a walk-in closet and a living room bathroom. However, there was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room, so we had to take turns charging our devices. There's no laundry room, and breakfast is just average – enough to fill you up, but we couldn't bring ourselves to wake up early enough for the morning market."

GGuihuaxiaodoushabaoMy stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Every day when I went out, the cleaning staff made sure my room was sparkling clean and comfortable. The river-view room offered a spectacular vista of the Songhua River Bridge, and being right above the cable car's 'Castle on the River' made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge who checked me in, and the staff who assisted me with a 'Princess, your carriage awaits!' level of service when I checked out, both provided such enthusiastic and thoughtful help, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Harbin.

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!
MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.
GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

白白雪在东北This hotel is conveniently located near the Harbin Train Station (and metro station). It has also several cozy cafes within walking distance. The shower is a bit small and only offers 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo. Overall, it was a good fit for easy access to the metro, cafes, and train station.

NNiutou™The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay.
