GGuest UserChose the Huafa Marriott for my business trip to Jinwan, and my stay far exceeded expectations – the value for money was a pleasant surprise! Check-in at the front desk was highly efficient, and the staff were friendly and approachable, without being overly formal. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about directions to nearby shopping areas. The room was spotlessly clean, with every corner meticulously tidied. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of the Jinwan Art Center, making for a truly enjoyable experience watching the sunset and the illuminated architecture at night. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The breakfast selection was extensive, and the made-to-order noodle station served authentic and delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. The dining area was spacious and not crowded. The hotel is directly connected to Huafa Mall downstairs, so shopping and dining are just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient. When I contacted the concierge for extra items, their response was very quick and thoughtful. The swimming pool and gym facilities were comprehensive, making for a comfortable workout during my free time. This hotel is perfect for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Jinwan.

From the moment we checked in, we felt their thoughtful well wishes. Upon entering our room, we were instantly charmed by the romantic setup – towels folded into swans 🦢 nestled together on the bed, and lighting that created a warm ambiance. Every detail was perfect, truly setting a special mood. What surprised us even more was the delicious cake the hotel specially delivered – that thoughtful gesture really added to our experience.
Staying at the Sheraton Zhuhai, we enjoyed a spectacular sea view and the Macau nightscape from our window. The room was spacious and comfortable. This special night became even more unforgettable thanks to the hotel's attentiveness. A big thank you to all the staff for their efforts, making our anniversary full of surprises and sweetness. If you're planning to celebrate a special occasion, this place is definitely my top recommendation. Five-star rating, highly recommended! We're even thinking of celebrating my birthday here too! 😘

GGuest UserFirst time staying at a hotel in Zhuhai, just checked out. Time to leave a review. The mattress was just right, not too soft, not too hard. The pillows were comfortable. I slept soundly until morning. The WiFi was stable, no buffering when streaming videos. Shower water pressure was consistent, and hot water came on in seconds. The bathtub was pristine. Toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent. The body lotion was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of amenities for children. The pool water was clear and heated, and there was a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. The kids' play area had slides and a ball pit – my child didn't want to leave! Breakfast was extensive, and the freshly made noodles were delicious. The shrimp dumplings in the Chinese restaurant were authentic. The waitstaff proactively brought a high chair for my child. Checkout was simple; just drop the room key card into the express checkout box and go. Very convenient. The parking lot had ample free spaces and was easy to access. The lobby was bright with high ceilings, and the marine-themed decor was lovely. The elevators were responsive, and the corridors were quiet. The room had great natural light and was spacious enough. The air conditioning was cool, and the mini-fridge worked well. The kettle was clean, and the towels were thick. The bathrobes were comfortable. A stroll in the garden was delightful. The gym was well-equipped. It's close to the amusement park, and there are frequent shuttle buses. Great value for money. I'll definitely come back.

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIOur stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very complete. The entire hotel is adorned with adorable penguin designs, right from the main entrance, you can see cute penguins everywhere.
It's great that early check-in is available if a room is ready.
The beds seemed a bit larger than standard rooms, probably because it's a family-friendly hotel. We had two rooms, and they thoughtfully arranged connecting rooms for us.
The butler was quick to respond to questions, for example, when we needed water, or about the small check-out gift, which was a very warm touch.
The location is excellent, very close to the Ocean Kingdom, with a dedicated direct passage to the entrance. The package allows unlimited entry to the park, so if you're tired, you can go back to rest, which is very convenient.
It's also easy to get a taxi from the hotel to outside restaurants, usually costing around 10 yuan.
The hotel breakfast was very rich, with a wide variety of options, and you can even see penguins while you eat, which is just adorable!
Check-out was simple; you just drop your room key into the penguin storage cabinet.

JJ.MmmMy recent stay at the Alila Zhuhai Dong'ao Island resort was fantastic. The hotel's location and overall design struck a perfect balance between grandeur and refinement, offering both relaxation and a sense of fulfillment. The most delightful and memorable part, though, was encountering the wonderful, family-like staff at Alila Dong'ao Island.
Frida was our dedicated guide for the island tour organized by the hotel. It was a scorching hot day, and walking outdoors on the island was uncomfortably humid, yet Frida remained incredibly diligent and professional throughout. She constantly checked in on everyone in our group, noticing if we were carrying heavy items and proactively offering to help with our belongings – her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. At each viewpoint, she made sure to give us ample free time to enjoy the mountain and sea views and take photos without feeling rushed. Whenever I bumped into Frida at the hotel, she always greeted me with an infectious, bright smile. Her cheerful demeanor just naturally brightened my mood, and I always found myself smiling back.
Then there's Gavin, a charming, boy-next-door type with a radiant smile. He answered our questions with a respectful shyness that made his sincerity all the more apparent. While waiting for our car, he kept us updated, assuring us it would arrive soon. We weren't even impatient, but his earnest consideration for guests truly left a lasting impression on me.
During lunch, the food service was a bit slow, and we expressed some impatience. The dining manager promptly addressed our concerns, apologized, and quickly resolved the issue. Later that afternoon, the Executive Chef personally sought me out to explain and apologize, which honestly made me feel a little embarrassed.
The exceptional service and genuine dedication of everyone at Alila Zhuhai Dong'ao Island truly enhanced what was already a wonderful island getaway with an added layer of warmth and beauty.

TTaxidedeThe service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Winson, the front desk staff, was super enthusiastic and made check-in a breeze. Check-out was equally pleasant, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. The service was both meticulous and warm.
The location is excellent, right next to Hengqin Port, and close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

XxiaoxiaoThe room facilities are relatively new and spacious enough. The view outside the window is great, with a wide vista. The hotel's pool environment is excellent and not crowded at all; my child had a blast swimming there. There's a shallow area where even non-swimmers can have a lot of fun, and adults can completely relax and let them play. There are also indoor hot springs. After playing here, you can take a shower, then visit nearby attractions, and come back to sleep directly. The location is superb, very close to dining places, the beach, and scenic spots – all easily accessible by bike.

GGuest UserOur family trip with kids exceeded all expectations, a solid five-star experience! The park grounds are impeccably clean and comfortable, with lush greenery.
The staff were incredibly kind, and their guidance was patient and thorough.
The various attractions are new and safe, and the 5D Castle Cinema is a must-try – the dynamic special effects create an amazing atmosphere.
The dining options are plentiful, and the accommodation was very comfortable. The package deals are great value and hassle-free. The kids had an absolute blast, I highly recommend bringing your little ones here!
