Guest UserOur hotel concierge, Serena, was incredibly responsive and helpful, almost always anticipating our needs. This Marriott might just be the best value-for-money hotel in Zhuhai. The complimentary set dinner included in our package was genuinely impressive, not just an afterthought, and of very high quality. We also received bonus perks like tickets to the By-Health exhibition. The views are lovely, and the outdoor pool has a great vibe. The only minor inconvenience is needing to switch elevators after parking.

momoccoVThis time, I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Zhuhai. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many different hotels, but the InterContinental remains my favorite, especially for its unobstructed view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. I was a bit disappointed not to catch the sunrise this morning, but the view truly is unbeatable. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the executive lounge offers not only afternoon tea but also evening happy hour, with all the food being delicious. I want to give a special shout-out to Doris. I remember her name because we were in and out of the executive lounge quite a bit. My husband and I enjoy staying active, so whenever we're at a hotel, we spend most of our time around and within the hotel, doing things like working out and swimming. This meant frequent visits to the executive lounge for drinks or to ask questions. Doris was consistently enthusiastic and helpful in answering all our inquiries. Today, when we checked out, she even went out of her way to make me an orange-C Americano. So, next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose the InterContinental again. Thank you again, Doris!

Guest UserColin and Jenny were incredibly attentive to our needs, responding promptly to all our room requests with a consistently warm and natural demeanor. Their service felt genuine and thoughtful, never forced. Brian was also on hand throughout our stay, handling any issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring we had a completely worry-free experience. The room itself was high-quality with a strong design aesthetic, and the facilities were well-maintained. Stepping onto the balcony, we were greeted by stunning sea views, offering both privacy and an incredible vista. Overall, the exceptional service from these three staff members truly enhanced our stay, their professionalism and dedication were impressive. This hotel perfectly embodies the high standards of the Alila brand. If you're visiting Dong'ao Island, choosing this place is a no-brainer – five stars highly recommended. Ben from the concierge team was also excellent.

Guest UserWe've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant.

Guest UserFirst off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash.
Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K.
The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

NuowatuoshisimingThis is an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and it's super convenient for dining with a commercial area right downstairs. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool, but it was absolutely packed with people – all taking swimming lessons from outside, not many hotel guests at all. It was so crowded I couldn't even swim. For a five-star hotel to outsource its facilities like that, it really detracts from the guest experience. If I had known, I would have picked a different, newer hotel.

遊子身上衣I've stayed here many times before, and I really appreciate the lobby manager helping us adjust our room. The room was still comfortable and spotless, and breakfast, as always, was of a high standard. I especially recommend the fresh fruit juice – it's genuinely freshly squeezed and delicious! Plus, the biggest advantage is the convenient transportation. You can reach the Macau border crossing in just 100 meters, which is so handy, especially with the heavy rain these past few days. Being able to cross the border completely sheltered was a huge plus! 👍

Guest UserWalking into the hotel lobby was immediately a pleasant experience. Our two-bedroom suite was immaculately clean and located on a high floor, offering a lovely view of the Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue. The living room also had an extra half-bathroom, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for four people. It was only about a ten-minute stroll to City Balcony, and we were absolutely delighted with everything.
The breakfast buffet was also very extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. Moreover, the staff all seemed to have a wonderful attitude, which made our stay even more satisfying.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying in a guesthouse of this style, and I instantly became a fan! The design is super cool, it's incredibly photogenic, and you can truly feel the host's thoughtful touch in every corner. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we bought groceries and cooked our own meals, feeling completely at home.

Guest UserThe front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.
