The room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though. Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

The room was very clean, well laid out, with good lighting and ventilation. The surroundings were quiet, not noisy at all, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was very humid and it had a weird smell. There’s a bright red light shining when closing the light, illuminating the whole room. The mattress was really soft and not to my liking. It felt like I was sleeping on a balloon. The place is also pretty run down, especially the bathrooms. The common area is nice.

I love free ice cream,snacks , water and coffee 24 hr. Good breakfast , but in peak hour is very busy. Good and clean room , i booked no window twin room , it's good ventilation. Great foe 2-3nights

The hostel is really nice and provide free breakfast (tea, coffee and bread with Jam) The hostel is 5 minute walk from the train so convient and 2 minute walk to 7 eleven Only downfall is stairs if you have suitcase. I manage to bring my suitcase up I was only spending one night here, so I arrived early and left my luggage to explore the city. The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!

Pros: The hotel is incredibly close to Kaohsiung Station, just a four or five-minute walk away. This is super convenient for anyone traveling without a car and relying primarily on public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always enthusiastic to assist with any issues. Their service definitely enhanced the overall experience. Cons: The soundproofing is really poor. You can hear almost everything happening on the entire floor, whether it's from nearby rooms or further down the hall. It seemed like the guests at this hotel were quite late-nighters; people were still moving around, showering, and using the restroom well past midnight. This would be a problem for light sleepers. Also, there are quite a few rooms on each floor, but only one elevator. During peak hours, you might have to wait a little while. Overall Impression: Overall, my rating is still on the positive side. If I'm ever in Kaohsiung alone again and prioritize convenient transportation, I would definitely consider staying here again. Hotel brief: The ground floor has the reception area and a few sofas for lounging; the second floor houses the restaurant and hot spring area; and all floors from the third upwards are guest rooms, with bathroom facilities on each floor.

4-ppl family room only provides 2 door-key-cards. Talked to the manager so each of us could have door-key-card. The answer: it is a 2-door-key-card policy for all room types & advised to drop the door-key-card at the receptionist when family members in-out the hotel. Wow 4-ppl room contributes higher revenue than 2-ppl room to the hotel but receive LESS convenience, instead also put the responsibility to customers using the receptionist so to shuffle the door-key-cards among us?! The hotel replied my Google Map review comment saying 2-door-key policy is to protect customer safety. We provided all names in booking and the hotel copied my passport at the check in. Having these personal information isn't SAFE enough to the hotel? This is not a friendly service policy to bigger group of customers.

Our family stayed here. The cute wallpaper was a big hit with the kids, who treated the room like their own playground. The location is excellent, being close to the station, which would be very convenient for longer stays. There are also plenty of shopping malls and laundromats nearby. The only minor downside was that the building's entrance was a bit difficult to find during check-in, but despite that, we'd love to stay again.
