The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Wuhan University, East Lake Greenway, and Hubei Provincial Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, truly helping to shake off travel fatigue. What touched me most was the butler's meticulous service. They patiently shared nearby travel routes and thoughtfully planned out dining, accommodation, and transportation arrangements. When I accidentally left my charger behind as I was departing and couldn't easily provide an address on the highway, the butler thoughtfully looked up the details of my next hotel and quietly arranged for it to be sent there. This kind of silent care, without any forced politeness, showed genuine thoughtfulness in every detail, making it feel as comfortable and reassuring as home. For anyone traveling to Wuhan, this is undoubtedly a treasure trove of a place worth choosing, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers."

"From my perspective, I would rate this place 4.5 out of 5 stars. I deducted half a star due to one issue: they provided only two flat pillows for a couple bed, which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep. I requested an extra pillow, but their response was disappointing. I had come to take an exam and was hoping for a good night’s sleep so I could perform well, but unfortunately I couldn’t rest properly. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. Overall, I would still recommend this place to others."

"I stayed in Tingtao No. 2. Although the facilities are newer than Nanshan, the service wasn't as good. The politeness and refined service were lacking. I'm not sure if it's because there was a conference going on at the same time. I stayed here last year, and this time, having to switch rooms for two separate bookings was very inconvenient, especially for a woman. Plus, the air conditioning in the new room was faulty, making a terrible clanging noise all night, so I barely slept. The breakfast at Tingtao was also mediocre, with a rather strange taste, not as good as it was last year. The biggest advantage of staying here is still the environment, but traffic getting in and out can be very bad. I heard it gets even worse after Wuhan University starts its new semester. Honestly, the zero-pressure mattress did help me sleep a bit better though."

The biggest surprise was the 'Bamboo Library Corner'! You can scan a QR code to borrow books for free, and the borrowing and returning process is clearly laid out. Being able to immerse myself in reading while staying at a hotel is a detail that really resonates with art and literature lovers like me! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and there was plenty of natural light from the window. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in quick and thoughtful, and even giving very clear directions. "I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions."
