It was pretty good overall. The breakfast had a wide variety, the facilities were excellent, and everything was clean. You could even see the stadium from here! The service was also great. I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Five-star review! ✨ The location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for getting around, whether you're taking a taxi or the subway. It's just a short walk to the huge and excellent Grandview Mall, perfect for shopping, dining, and entertaining the kids all in one go. Plus, there's a traditional Guangzhou Restaurant nearby, great for authentic dim sum and morning tea. The hotel facilities are very new, clean, and tidy, and the room offers a superb view. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, responding quickly to requests, and they even help receive food deliveries and packages.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and helpful, with Alin at the front desk standing out for exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped—the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view was fantastic. The facilities are excellent, including a top-notch gym and even a HYROX club in the building. The pool and sauna were great additions and made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. The hotel is located in a great area of Guangzhou, conveniently close to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this because it was cheap. Even though it was a windowless room, it was still quite comfortable and didn't feel stuffy. The room itself was very new, and the overall impression was good. It even had an XiaoDu smart speaker that could help with turning lights on/off and controlling the TV. I mainly used it for music, and it easily connected to my phone. The TV was a Xiaomi, and screen casting was super convenient. The toilet was semi-automatic, which was nice, especially since it wasn't cold in chilly weather. The hotel occupies the entire 6th floor of an office building, which is very convenient. I looked at many hotels; the expensive ones weren't new, and the new ones weren't cheap. Downtown really is prime real estate.

Lcation 10/10 in front of the railway station and metro station, easy commute and that’s the only selling point. Customer service 0/10 : their employees look so sad and stress and cannot understand english and does not want to try to communicate. They look so grumpy and rude all the time. (We compare to Yizhi and Urcove hotel staff where we stayed night before) The cleaning staff are so friendly and offer many waters and ask if we need anything. Room 6.5/10 1. We did not get the room that we booked as they said we got upgraded but the upgraded look more like a downgrade, funny layout and not spacious as they claim, so we change the room until we get what we want. 2. The room have cigarette smell, we did go talk to them to change room due to the smell but they said the AC is central AC and the guests smoke inside the room they cannot control guests, so we have to live with the smell. So if you are sensitive to cigarette smell, don’t book this hotel. Also the smell is strong to the point that your towel will have smoke smell. 3. The room is clean as normal When you book the hotel it will have only breakfast for 1 person, and when you arrived and checked in they will try to make you pay 49 yuan for a second person breakfast + and room upgrade, we did not pay anything but still not upgrade. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are truly happy that we chose to stay here. From the very first moment we arrived, the experience already felt warm and welcoming. We especially want to give a huge thank you to Connor, who made such a strong first impression on us. At first, some of the staff greeted us in Mandarin, but once they realized we were speaking English, Connor immediately approached us with such professionalism, friendliness, and great initiative. He made us feel comfortable right away and handled everything smoothly with genuine hospitality. His attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out throughout our stay. We were also very happy to receive a high-floor room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and you could really feel the quality and attention to detail in both the room design and housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a perfect place to rest after exploring the city. Another lovely surprise was the complimentary treats arranged by Connor, which we truly appreciated. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued and cared for, and it shows how much effort the hotel puts into customer experience. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There were many delicious options, and we especially loved the live station for cicongfan — it was honestly so good and something quite unique compared to typical hotel breakfasts. Everything tasted fresh, and the variety was excellent every morning. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, we eventually decided to extend for a few more nights instead of moving elsewhere. That alone says a lot about how satisfied we were with the hotel, the service, and the overall atmosphere. The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, and right beside the hotel there are several great local food spots to explore. We especially loved the wonton noodles nearby — definitely one of our favorite meals during the trip. Having good local food within walking distance made the stay even better. The only small suggestion we would give is that some parts of the room could benefit from a more modern renovation and perhaps a fresher fragrance to elevate the luxury feeling even further. The room was still comfortable overall, but with a more updated design and a fresher ambiance, the experience would become even more perfect. Overall, this hotel gave us such a memorable experience thanks to the excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and strategic location. Special thanks again to Connor for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again.

This hotel was rather unique, at first I thought it was a cigarette shop but it is just sharing the same front entrance. Rooms are actually on the third floor. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed a restful night's sleep until morning. Best of all, the price was very affordable, offering outstanding value for money. I would recommend it to travelers seeking quality rest and a great-value stay.

I was here for a concert, and the hotel is super close to Tianhe Sports Center. It's just a 3-4 minute walk to the North Gate. I could even see a small part of the stadium from my window and hear the music clearly. The room was cleaned promptly and was very tidy.

Excellent, highly recommend! The location is super convenient; food, drinks, and shops are all right outside. The two lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly gentle and friendly. On the night I arrived, it was quite late and I couldn't scan the QR code to open the locker for my takeout. Thanks to the front desk lady, I was able to get my food without any hassle. A special thank you to her 🥺❤️ I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip! 🥰

Very close to multiple metro station including APM line. The hotel is situated on a high street building level 4, downstairs contain some restaurants and convenience store. Opposite the street there is a smaller mall. Front counter prepared all necessities (toiletries) whereby u can take if required. They do provide shampoos and shower gels ready in room. Overall fanstastic value for money and great stay!
