"The house is very beautiful and in Japanese style, all made of wood. The room was spacious with a loft and a nice place to sit and zip tea. There are two cute cats and a pond with fish. The employees are very friendly and the owner offered to bring us to the station. The breakfast was ********* the first day and more western the second day, both days tasty!"

"The room was beautiful, facing the sea, and the terrace was very comfortable. The room facilities were new and stylish, with thoughtful details; the shampoo and hairdryer were high-end. The breakfast was delicious, the tableware was beautiful, and there was even an adorable dog to keep us company. The host was incredibly kind; since there's no Uber in Hualien, the host helped us book a taxi, and even gave us some local Hualien snacks as a parting gift. It was a very heartwarming experience, and I hope to come back again."

"The room was incredible. Very Modern, large, beautifully designed and furnished. Bed very comfortable. Medium softness. Bathroom luxurious. Had a table and corner seating area in the room. Large windows with incredible views of the harbour. The main foyer is beautiful. You really feel like a resort hotel. Location right in the heart of the city. Only 10 in taxi from train station. Breakfast great option, many options. The staff are very friendly, attentive, helpful. They booked a last minute private driver CJ Chen for a 5 hour tour into the gorge. Good English and knowledgeable. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in while in Taiwan."

"Big thanks for providing a baby crib. There are so many great food options nearby, and it's not far from Gongzheng Baozi. You can also buy local souvenirs close by. My only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower on the 8th floor was a bit low, regardless of whether others were using water or not. If that could be improved, it would definitely be a great accommodation choice."

"It's 10 minutes away from the city, but it's very quiet to sleep at night. The balcony door has two layers, so the sound insulation and heat insulation are superb! The water pressure is strong, which is good! The breakfast is just so-so, the quilt is very thin, but you won't feel cold when you cover it, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the disadvantage is that the pillow is too soft!"

It's about 3-4 kilometers from the city center, and a taxi ride costs 170 NTD. The location is quite convenient. Within a 15-minute walk, there are convenience stores and seafood restaurants. There's also a convenience store inside the hotel. The hotel's pool is beautiful, though the gym is a bit basic. Next to the gym, there are many recreational facilities. The view from the hotel room is fantastic."

"We were very satisfied with our stay with family, both in terms of service and facilities. Firstly, they offered a complimentary shuttle service from Hualien Station to the hotel, and our driver, Xiao Gang, kindly introduced Hualien along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to our room. The outdoor swimming pool was also very comfortable, with live music playing by the poolside, showing the hotel's attention to detail. We opted for the one-night, two-meal package, and both dinner and breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious ingredients. The bathroom in our room even had a steam room. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hualien."
