GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

MMiwa627Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

SSaravuth SK.A great airport hotel! It's about a 10-minute drive to the terminal. The surrounding area is a bit undeveloped, and the building looks simple from the outside, but inside is a different story. The rooms are large, fresh, and very clean. The staff are very sweet and helpful, and the airport transfer made my trip much easier. Highly recommended for the room quality and service!

AAnonymous UserMy stay this time far exceeded expectations; it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city.

It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserThe room environment was great, clean and well-equipped. It's very close to the train station, subway, Songlei, and Yuan Da shopping centers. The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. This is always my top choice when I come to Harbin, and the price is very reasonable.
