Modern hotel. Very friendly reception. The pool/spa is far too small – too many people. Breakfast was good, but better at the Schweizerhof Hotel Bern. Nice park area.

My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below).

This room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is right by the lake. If the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains and lakes opposite are beautiful. It is very close to the Olympic Committee. The shortcomings are: 1. The bathroom and shower are separated by a bedroom, which makes it awkward to go to the bathroom while taking a shower. 2. The floor is too old and needs to be polished and oiled to be decent. In short, the flaws are not enough to overshadow the advantages. I will choose this hotel again.

Excellent location just 500m or 05 min walk from Lausanne station. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable. We are pleased as the lady at the front desk kindly allow us an early check in.

I had a great stay! The room was always very clean. I even tried the fitness room; even though it was small, I got a good workout in. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. See you next time! ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what really made my experience special was the staff. I want to give a special mention to Natthaphong from Thailand, who was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel can be said to be a classic of luxury hotels in the world. It is very famous. The hotel is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Geneva. The environment is extremely beautiful and the hotel feels like a palace. Every restaurant in the hotel is very popular. It is difficult to book a table in the evening, but the breakfast does not feel cost-effective enough.

This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!

The entire Lausanne terrain has a large gap, so the roads are all slopes. Therefore, you must step seven or eight steps into the hotel, so you need to move your luggage. The hotel is more refined, that is, the room is not big, but there is a balcony, the overall feeling is a little old Keller. It is very close to a subway station, but we did not take the subway and walk.

This was the perfect hotel for a solo trip to Lausanne. The single room was perfect for just me, the amenities were great, and it was a 7 minute walk from the train station. Super easy to find, in a great location, and perfect when you don't need a big fancy room just for yourself. Would definitely stay here again.
