"I stayed at Zleep for a week. The room was a bit small, but the facilities were new and the front desk staff were very helpful, so overall it was a good experience. It's right next to Crochy metro station, making it very convenient for getting to Renens train station and EPFL. There's also a Lidl downstairs, and Migros and Aligro aren't far, which is quite handy."

"The hotel is ideally located right in the city center! It's close to shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, it's clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which was crucial given it was +34 outside. The breakfasts are delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless"

"This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!"

"I had a really lovely stay at Fassbind Hotel Palmier Lausanne. The location is perfect — right next to the train station and just steps from the M2 metro, which makes everything so easy. My room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice, cozy vibe. I immediately felt comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne."

"Pleasantly surprised by Hotel Moxy! Ideal location in the heart of Lausanne. The hotel has a contemporary/street art style. Exceptional welcome and top-notch service (especially the free public transport). The room was comfortable, the bedding excellent, and there was no noise at all. Continental breakfast. Great value for money. I recommend it!"
