"Counter staffs are very helpful, helped us arranged a 3rd room on the same floor and gave us free upgrade for the 1st 2 rooms. Rooms are spacious on the 5th floor. Buffet breakfast acceptable, can see staffs topping up food regularly. Carpark is quite a distance away and costly, cost us almost 50 euros for 2 days but hotel allows car to be parked in front for loading/unloading up to 15mins and also 17% discount provided. Right next to supermarket 👍"

"This hotel of Bern boasts an exceptional location. It’s a convenient walk from the train station even with luggage. Getting to the area’s major attractions is easy. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The rooms are very clean and offer nice city views. Highly recommended—great choice for your stay."

"The bedding was super comfortable! The sofa bed was great too, no backaches after sleeping on it. Kids under 11 stay for free, and there's a daily minibar! That's awesome! The location is really convenient, tram 9 takes you right to the hotel entrance. I think next time I visit Switzerland, I'll stay at this hotel for the whole trip – it's so easy to get everywhere, including a round trip to Jungfraujoch. And since I wake up early due to jet lag, it's nice to know their steak is delicious. Plus, it's right across from the train station."

"This hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and if you pick the right exit, you'll be there in no time. We stored our luggage for three days while we explored, which was really convenient. Great value for money!"

"Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station."

"I stayed one night here on my way from Paris to Interlaken. I booked it at the last minute, so I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be the best place to stay on my trip! First of all, everything was spotless, and there was nothing lacking. The room amenities were sufficient, and they even provided a water bottle, backpack, and umbrella for use during my stay. Breakfast was included free of charge, and there were about four kinds of cheese. It's close to Bern station, the area is safe, and all the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very comfortable stay. If I ever come back to Bern, I will definitely choose this place again!"

"The hotel isn't particularly close to the train station; even walking briskly, it takes over 10 minutes. It offers self-check-in and self-service luggage storage, but the email with instructions for accessing the luggage storage wasn't sent until after 11 AM on the day of arrival. Since I arrived in Bern earlier, I had to pay to store my luggage at the train station, which was quite a hassle to find as it's located a bit further away from where you alight the train. The room itself is tiny and incredibly basic. There's no small table to put things on, no chair to sit on, and no nightstand. The sink is actually inside the room. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip to Switzerland, and one of the most uncomfortable hotels I've ever experienced while traveling abroad, despite the price not being low – two nights cost over 3400 RMB."

"Let me start with the cons. 1. We booked two separate nights, and for the first night, they put us in a room on the basement level, which was on the same floor as the underground parking lot. The design was quite impractical: after opening the door, the bathroom was immediately to the left, and you had to walk down three or four steps to get to the bed. This was a bit dangerous for anyone needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night! For instance, my husband actually fell once when going to the bathroom at night! 2. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. After talking to the front desk, they said their system showed the AC was working. The two nights we stayed weren't extremely hot, but it was still hard for my son and husband to sleep comfortably. Now for the pros: 1. They offer free 24-hour milk and coffee. 2. The staff's service attitude is excellent. 3. The location is superb. 4. It offers great value for money."

"Location is 10-12 minutes from city centre by tram and about the same for major train station should you wish to do day trips to Belp, Thun etc. Room is clean and staff is friendly although they keep chasing you for your room number if you get breakfast too (I did for all my mornings). Room is ok, bed is comfortable but heads up if you face the tram you might hear the outdoor noise until midnight or so. Reception staff speak good English and is helpful if you need any suggestions for your trip."

"Amazing place.near to train station. There is a free Bern city bus service that brings you from the train station right to 3min walk to hotel foot step. Breakfast has plenty of choices. "
