"Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it. The spa area is excellent."

"They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!"

The Spa area is large, top-modern and excellently equipped. Breakfast buffet was also top. The hotel is free of charge from the train station and to the train station. Price-performance ratio is absolutely true. We are happy to come back!"

GGuest UserI have stayed in this hotel at least 7 or 8 times. I go skiing in the same hotel every year, so I know a lot of the staff. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel facilities and facilities are great. The only downside is that the restaurant is so average. It has not improved over the years.

LLINLINA person stays very quiet. There is a snow park nearby. There are bicycles in the shop. But the front desk is off work at six o'clock. It is necessary to check in before 6 o'clock.

🙁 Le jacuzzi dont l’eau n’était même pas tiède ; pas de chaînes TV en français. Seulement en Allemand ou Italien ou anglais. Un peu dommage pour les francophones ! Pour un 4 étoiles dommage que pas d’aide pour monter les valises alors qu’il y a un petit escalier avant de pouvoir prendre l’ascenseur pour nous monter à notre chambre.

RReeyaasWas here for a conference. Very friendly staffs and the rooms were decent. Comfy beds and pillows. No A/C but it wasn't really necessary as the weather was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
