"Very short visit to have quick drink around 11.00 before walking up the mountain. Very very unfriendly reception, aggressive staff (maybe it was the boss?). I would suggest to that unfriendly person to become a taxi driver but not to receive guests. The place is beautiful but the unfriendly reception takes away all the fun. I saw the place and thought I should invite my wife but after that experience, never! Nobody should give their money to such an unfriendly and incompetent team. Unacceptable and the opposite of all other experiences we have traveling in Switzerland."

Morosani Schweizerhof

"The Morosani Hotel in Davos is an excellent hotel in the heart of Davos. My husband and I traveled to Davos for a business trip and recently stayed at the Morosani in a suite. The hotel accommodations were very comfortable and decent sized for a European hotel offering. The room had a small living room area, 2 closets, a coffee station, a mini fridge, tea kettle, place to keep wet boots, a king size bed, bathroom with tub and walk in shower, an even a balcony with views of the mountains. The staff at the Morosani is exceptional. The girls at the front desk are super friendly, always giving warm greetings and helpful advice. The breakfast buffet has a large offering with Omelettes, fresh breads and pastries, and even a juice maker. The location of the Morosani is very conveniently located near ski lifts as well as all the shops in the town. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, ski shops and grocery stores within minutes. Also there is a ski rental shop located next door with access right from the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, skiing, or business trips. We would definitely visit again while traveling to Davos."

Turmhotel Victoria Davos

"The experience at this hotel was unpleasant, to say the least. It's a very old hotel and definitely needs a thorough renovation from the ground up. The rooms, although clean, appear old, as is the entire building. But the most disappointing thing was definitely dinner that evening; the food was nothing short of terrible. The first evening we opted for the à la carte menu even though the prices were quite high, considering that you could also eat at the buffet for a much lower price. The food was disgusting to say the least; we ordered soup, meat tartare, a boiled meat, and a beef fillet. The food was definitely not fresh, not to mention old; the tomato soup was tasteless and cold, the tartare was too dark in color and smelly (we sent it back), the fillet served on a hot stone was very tough, completely forgettable. The following evening we tried the buffet dinner; the food was definitely reheated over and over, the vegetables were overcooked and not exactly appetizing in color, and the pangasius fish seemed to be made of cardboard. The morning breakfast was acceptable, and the service was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, these are the only redeeming features of this hotel. We will never return."

"I want to start by saying that this hotel has the best staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and eager to help. Specially, Herr Zeqir. The front desk service was outstanding. My husband and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate my birthday, and I was completely surprised by their thoughtful gestures. After we went for lunch and a hike, we returned to find a beautiful flower arrangement, a plant gift, champagne, and even an entire cake waiting for us! It was such a wonderful surprise."

Hotel Parsenn

"I was the rustic style is a euphemism of a run down place. BUT this hotel combines the super modern features like bathrooms, double-glazed windows, super comfortable beds with original features, making it incredibly charming and comfortable at the same time. I was also worried that it will be noisy given the hotel is right on the Promenade and in front of the ski-lift station. But they invested in the new windows and the room was super quiet. People at reception and restaurant actually are the family, running it. They get to know you very quick, and always remember your preferences like if you were their friends for years already. The restaurant is very good, and if you order Penne alla Vodka, uou are for a treat and a show. See the video. The hotel has a protected ski-safe vault in the basement that was very convinient. And yes, the Parsenn ski station is just across the road. So it really takes moments to get into the mountains or from the lift to the best apres-ski in town. Loved it."

"A very nice and well-maintained hotel. Depending on the season, there's a ski or bike storage room. The rooms are very large, well-equipped, and have everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet doesn't include any regional products, although this varies depending on the season."
