"I've stayed here twice recently, and both times it was great. It's super close to all the nearby attractions, which is really convenient. The revolving restaurant on the top floor is absolutely amazing – you get a fantastic panoramic view of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Saint Lawrence River. The food and service there were also excellent."

"The locaction is perfect, right at the heart of old quebec. The hostel offers a complimentary walking tour of the city for guests, that was really interesting. Front desk were very nice and provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were several nice shared spaces for the guests to enjoy, coffee maker and vending machine for drinks at extra cost."

"They don't have self laundry and it is inconvenient for family with children on vacation. Also, I requested a baby crib for my grandson aged 7 months and an electric kettle for the preparation of milk for baby when I made the booking via trip.com and nothing happened! Also, during booking via trip.com, I selected to pay at the hotel. However, the receptionist told me I booked directly with the hotel and they charged me the price was less than the price in trip.com. I worried if I paid less and double checked with them, they insisted I booked directly and the amount was correct. OK, I don't mind to pay less! But their attitude was average."

"Transportation: just opposite the castle, the first floor is the tourist service center, super convenient Environment: The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable! Other guests are very quiet and live very comfortable. Service: Although the staff should be French-speaking, English communication is no problem and the attitude is particularly good."

"Upon checking into our room had to use 2 separate elevators (neither of with were in good condition). Get to our room and it's 30deg in the room and it absolutely stinks of wet dog ( I know the smell). Next morning the --＞ Extra 26$/pp breakfast ＜-- in the hotel was horrible (just don't eat there. So many good restaurants in walking distance). The --＞ Extra 25$/day ＜-- Parking is overprice, go on Palais Montcalm (10 min walk) for 15$/day. For the money spent a this Marriott, our experience was very disappointed. Marriott Delta Quebec City used to be a higher end hotel now it's low end. Old and Tired Dirty rooms and bins of garbage in common areas doesn't help too. We are both heavy travellers, and this experience at Delta is one of the worst I've been go through."

"Cozy room with large windows overlooking the street. Easy access with a bus stop nearby. The staff provided in time assisstance and were flexible with checkin time. Baggage drop off in a separate secured storage at the reception area made the stay here much more convenient."

"It was close to Old Quebec, so it was great for sightseeing! The parking lot was underground, so my car didn't freeze on snowy days. The interior felt a little old, but the hot water came out well, so there was no inconvenience at all."
