"The service at this hotel is amazing. It has a great location in the city center, and the breakfast is excellent, served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. every day, loved waking up to the sunshine coming through the large windows in my room. The hotel offers great value for money, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with checking in for my flight and providing hot water whenever I needed it. As a Chinese traveler, I sometimes face a language barrier, but they were always patient and supportive. Mr. Kaiyo, the only English-speaking staff member at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful and made our stay much easier. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back on our next trip."

"The hotel is very comfortable, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is wonderful, with a great variety of options. Dinner also seemed to be of the same high standard. The service was excellent and the hotel's location is good (during the day). However, be careful walking around the nearby streets at night. When I stayed, only two elevators were working: one service elevator and one for guest use. There was another one, but it was under maintenance. This made a significant difference; I wasted some time waiting for the elevator, which can be a bit annoying, especially with so many floors and essentially only one elevator for guests, as the service elevator, as its name suggests, is often used by hotel staff and is almost always occupied."

"Facilities: The hotel is very large, though a bit dated. The hallways are long, and the gym is not located in the same building. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Nearby airport and highway. Services: Shuttle bus service to the subway station and shopping malls is available, and taxis are available at the entrance."

"- They didn't keep to the check-in time, the rooms were only available from 3:30 p.m. onwards and I was late for the event I was going to because of this delay in getting into the room. - The hotel is in the central region of São Paulo, while I was at the reception a guy came in asking for money and the security guards didn't do anything. - Breakfast had very little variety, dry bread and almost no cake options, for example, in other words, if you're thinking about paying for breakfast separately it's not worth it, it's better to eat at a bakery in São Paulo, which is more worthwhile. - While I was taking a shower a maid came into my room saying that I had already checked out in the system, I was very embarrassed by the situation."

"My initial impression of hotel was negatively impacted as the wait time to check-in was excessively long and horrendous. However, the rest of my stay exceeded expectations. Staff were nice and cordial. My room was spacious and comfortable, although wear and tear was evident. Bathroom could use a deep clean. The hotel has certainly seen better days in its golden era, and this is photographically displayed throughout the hotel with photos of distinguished guests. I would recommend this hotel which surprisingly exceed my expectations. I would stay again"

"Очень понравился отель - прекрасный номер с удобной кроватью, чистый и очень приятно пахнущий. Хорошие завтраки. Расположение удобно тем, кто приезжает на автобусную станцию и дальше от нее куда-то едет. Буквально 50 м вход в метро /автовокзал. Рядом автобусные остановки, добраться куда-то нет проблем. Конечно не центр и количество бомжей рядом напрягается, но не критично. Вечерами на выходах метро дежурит полиция."

The quality of the hotel is excellent and, even though it is not in a very quiet neighborhood, the fact that the hotel is set back ensures safety. You can drive in and out of the hotel safely and calmly. In addition, the hotel is brand new, extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast does not have as many options as larger hotels, but everything is served with great quality, always hot and tasty. There is always natural juices, a variety of fruits, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, sausage and a good variety of breads."
