"The hotel is excellent, beautiful, well located, educated staff.

"A new, modern, very clean and pleasant hotel.
Residents strictly with 15.00. and no minute before, we were with the kid, but it didn't affect any, sat waiting for the right time, it was sad! Usually, in other hotels, all such, if the room is ready, without problems can always settle earlier
Also after expulsion we asked to leave the suitcase for storage and they refused. Very strange customer orientation"

"Em geral eu minha família gostamos do Hotal pela localização…mas a limpeza deixou de desejar. Os pratos não estavam limpos e cheia de formiga …bom. Isolamento acústico estava horrível…não csg entrar no sono pelo barulho dos vizinhos.
Café da manhã é bem avariados…atendimento tbm é legal e atencioso… em geral eu dou a nota : 5 de 10."

"I was expecting a little more for the price range.
The bed clothes were sweaty or dirty and there were hair in the hair.
The breakfast is good, but some items are of very low quality. Cheeses as Prato and mucarela were not cheeses, but processed. It is the first hotel I see serve processed as if it were cheese. Not even in very cheap hotels you see that."

"I like the hotel very much, but they need better maintenance.
The first room was cold floor and the window did not open, I exchanged.
2nd room I think the bed was broken, but I was tired and I stayed; I spent a night clearly because of the grudge of guests who were even playing balls in the corridor.
Third, peace.
I'll come back, but I'll get the right room.

Mml11127The room is large, the hot water is very comfortable, quiet, the surrounding community is safe, facing shopping mall and Carrefour, and it is convenient to replenish supplies. Very close to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk, facing the port of Santos, stay here next time.
