"The hotel is new, modern, very clean, and pleasant. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, not a minute earlier. We were with a baby, but it didn't make any difference. We sat and waited for the allotted time. It was disappointing! Usually, at other hotels, if the room is ready, they can always check you in earlier without any problem. Also, after check-out, we asked to store our suitcases, and they refused. Very strange customer-oriented approach."

"I expected a little more for the price range. The bed linens were stained or dirty and there was hair on the pillowcase. The breakfast is good, but some items are of very low quality. The cheeses listed as Prato and mozzarella were not cheeses, but processed cheeses. This is the first hotel I have seen that serves processed cheese as if it were cheese. You don't even see that in very cheap hotels."
