"Stay: day 15/03 to day 19/03/2025 with breakfast. Hotel service and security: They control the entrance and exit for the security of guests. Sympathetic and service officials reminded us of the Check-out and that if it was in our interest, we could extend the daily, but we should make the request until 11:00 (we normally made the Check-out before 12:00), to extend I didn't inform myself of the values!!! Clean: Towels, clean bed linen and with a smell of washing and dry at the time. Breakfast: Buffet with tapioca and omelet made at the time, with coffee machine, various juices and yogurt, bread and cake varieties, fruit variety, cheese bread and cocktail, a lot of variety for all tastes, all very tasteful. Beach: Nice but not including sunguards and chairs, you have to pay directly in the beach bark, cost 10,00 all day + consumption. Restaurant: In the hotel there were 2 restaurants, one with buffet including pizza rodizio and drinks 99.90 per person, another restaurant a La carte was very expensive. In the buffet you could have the dish option for 35,00/40,00 without drink, I believe it would be a better option even for guests."

"O hotel é excelente, ótima localização apesar de distante de outros bairros como Barra ou Rio vermelho; as instalações são ótimas, quarto limpo e silencioso, o chuveiro é uma delícia, muita água e fácil de controlar a temperatura; café da manhã muito variado e bem organizado, o restaurante/bar dá vontade de ficar o dia inteiro curtindo, manobrista/estacionamento na porta (com custo extra). Voltaria com certeza."

"Prima Lage. Gegenüber das Restaurant Touro Loco= 1A - lohnt sich ein Besuch. Frühstucksservice im Hotel sehr gute und große Auswahl....Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Viel Obst. Riesiger Pool. Gepflegte große Gartenanlage. Parken diret und gratis vor dem Hotel. W-Lan einwandfrei."

"Come on, I'll give my fair and honest assessment... From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed... Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem... Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!! The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday). The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!"

"Hotel muito bom, realmente pé na areia, limpo, uma decoração rústica. Café da manhã com poucas opções, porém tudo bem feito. As 09:30 solicitei leite em pó e fui informado por um dos funcionários que havia acabado e não tinha para repor. Obs. Vários gatos no local, algumas vezes vieram na área da piscina e me incomodou. Entendo que em um hotel não deveria haver animais."

The breakfast is very complete and with fresh options, such as freshly made tapioca, we really liked it! The location of the hotel is good, but it is worth mentioning that it is far from the tourist attractions and other restaurants to visit in the city! The hotel infrastructure is good, the garden is super beautiful and well maintained. Regarding the hotel itself, facade, corridors, etc., we think it lacks a little care and zeal. There's a cool restaurant in the hotel that's worth checking out!"
