The hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Booking and check-in were smooth, the price was slightly higher, the health was satisfactory, the front desk did not speak English, but basically did not need to communicate, it was all those processes. The sheets in the room are now replaced, there is no problem with hygiene, there is a refrigerator. Breakfast is a European buffet breakfast, the category is more abundant, meets the ordinary breakfast requirements, there is a coffee machine. For the implementation of the equipment, it is disappointing, the equipment facilities are a bit like ordinary hotels in China, wifi is the most want to complain, the signal connection is unstable, and the access to the domestic website is slower. Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning, I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good, But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town? There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.

I always stay at this hotel and it is well worth the cost-benefit. Good value, the location is in front of the sea, has a breakfast and friendly staff. Special mention goes to the maid Sandra, who is always cheerful and happy, leaving the room spotless.

Very nice hotel in Barra, a couple of minutes from a huge shopping center and 10 minutes from the waterfront. The rooms are simple but cozy, there is even a kettle, which is surprising for South America. I would go back if there is a need to return to the same area

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

Wonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent.
