"Cheguei num quarto muito pequeno e o chuveiro era horrível, a água não tinha pressão nenhuma e saía pouquíssima água. Passei 2 dias pedindo pra resolverem e só no terceiro dia me ofereceram um outro quarto que tinha um chuveiro funcional, mas também não era grande coisa, sem pressão mas tava melhor que o anterior. Acho que é um problema do hotel. Outro problema foi a falta de um estacionamento, entendo que eles não possuem espaço, pelo que eu soube havia uma estacionamento e transformaram em quartos, algo assim… Tem um Pão de Açúcar do lado com um estacionamento que podia ter um convênio com o hotel pra gente não estacionar em qualquer lugar… Tirando isso, todo o restante foi muito bom, o café tava impecável, as áreas de convivência são bem bonitas e aconchegantes, e o pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, com o destaque do Matheus que foi o rapaz que não ficou jogando o problema pra “amanhã”, ele resolveu na hora."
