"The period of our stay was good, great location and close to the place where our activities would take place. Just one issue related to the reservation, which was made in the Hotel system differently than requested, and one issue with cleaning/installation, which was resolved by changing the room."

"The hotel and the room were relatively clean. However, the elevators were frequently out of order or undergoing maintenance. I had to take the stairs after a lengthy wait, and the emergency exit surprisingly led directly into the restaurant kitchen, leaving you completely disoriented and unable to find a proper way out. Finding the entrance to the stairwell to go up was even more difficult. Just imagine if I had been on a much higher floor..."

"Wonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent."

Negative but tolerable points
Small frigobar (but comes with 2 cocaine, 4 water and two beers) , a lift has broken since I arrived.
Morning coffee
I enjoyed and renewed my stay, but the coffee juice was watered and had no salty cakes, and on Saturday the coffee was filled with a guest to eat in the foot."

"Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine."

"The hotel is old. Lift capacity for only 4 people at once. Breakfast with only 2 types of fruit and during the two days missed snacks, cups and finished coffee ... we stayed waiting for rest. The night shift receptionist is very educated and has given many tips."

The hotel is very comfortable, the clean bathroom and a shower with cold/heat options.
The game room could improve in relation to sound, makes echo and consequently because it has a billiard table, the sound multiplies and discourages; without counting the small space that complicates the mobility of the use of the tacos, but has air conditioning, which promotes the welfare of the environment.
The buffet always has wonderful meals, a variety of pleasant options for all kinds of palate, but in contrast, all juices are watered to the extreme level."

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning,
I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel
But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good,
But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town?
There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. I can’t bear it before moving away, but I hope the hotel is getting better and better, because it is very cheap, it is really good for backpackers.

AAna SuellenPéssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

GGuest UserA very good hotel in Barre, a couple minutes from a huge shopping center and 10 minutes from the embankment. The rooms are simple but comfortable, even a teapot is that is already surprising for South America.
I would return if there was a need to return to the same area

* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

AAnonymous UserI enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.
