"Had an Amazing experience. The hotel was located right next for the metro station. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious with great facilities like towels, shower gels, kettle and tea, and many other things. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast as well with good variety. And the view from the hotel was amazing as you can see in the pictures."

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. "Good location, close to bus stop and shopping mall. The room is spacious, with a big bathroom. Everything is clean. The front desk staff are so nice, I have to catch early flight so I cannot have breakfast during the operation hours. But they prepared the breakfast take-away for me. Also they helped me to arrange airport drop-off. Super!"

The fully self-service check-in and check-out process is a real convenience. Our room was clean, and having a balcony was a wonderful bonus. "Good hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door ."
