JJoyceMamaLocation is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby.
Room is clean and comfortable.
But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient.
Reception staffs are really nice and helpful.
But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them.
We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night.
Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.

MMR101I stayed at Urban Yard Hotel for a business trip, traveling alone, and overall had a good experience.
The hotel itself has a very cool, modern vibe with a unique design that stands out from more standard business hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional—well suited for a short work stay, with everything I needed to relax and recharge.
One of the main advantages is the location, especially being right next to the train station, which makes commuting and getting around very convenient. For business travel, that’s definitely a strong plus.
That said, the immediate surrounding area may feel a bit rough or unsettling for some people, particularly at night. I personally didn’t encounter any issues, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re not familiar with the neighborhood or are sensitive to that kind of environment.
Service was efficient and straightforward, and everything ran smoothly during my stay.
Overall, Urban Yard Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers looking for convenience and a stylish place to stay—just with a location that might not suit everyone.

GGuest UserSimilar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.

GGuest UserGenerally speaking, the location is the area where the Middle East people live. It is 4 minutes from the South Railway Station. The quadruple room has to take the stairs.
