"I liked everything! Good communication, everything clear and on time. The apartment is excellent, spacious, warm, which is very important now. Wood floors allow to keep warm in the room, new air conditioners work great for heating. Soft bed, beautiful view. The bathroom is very comfortable. There is all the necessary and big refrigerator and oven in the kitchen. I'll definitely come back again!"
"Another great stay - Micaela and Valentina are lovely hosts and are keen for all the residents to have the best stay. This time we had a smaller studio apartment- great shower, comfortable bed, good storage and a well presented kitchenette. There is also a great laundry room in the basement - very handy if like us you have been travelling a few weeks. We were delighted that they even stored our big luggage cases for us whilst we spent 4 nights in Patagonia. And there is an amazing bakery - fantastic empanadas and delicious tarts literally one minute across the street. Thank you Micaela and Valentina - we were sad to check out but we will be back. Adios"
"too perfect. You can see the good scenery. Can cook. The water is large. The room is large. Check-in is simple and check-out is simple. The address is also good. Especially there is a wine opener, a wine glass, very intimate."
"This was my first visit to Buenos Aires and it was made even better by my stay at Ilum. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were super cozy, and the in-room facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options.
It’s the service from all the staff at the hotel that makes this place truly special — everyone could not have done more to help. I have to give a special mention to the reception staff, who provided great recommendations and helped with anything I needed throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to everyone at Ilum for making my first time in Buenos Aires so memorable"
"Everything was wonderful. Even when I noticed a strange smell and sent a message about it, a staff member came right away and brought an air freshener. The next day, they cleaned our room for free. They always respond quickly and are always available to help. Great service and very attentive staff."

"The location is very good. There is a hot pot restaurant next to it. It is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi there. However, because it was built around 1933, there is a bit of smell in the room."
"Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..) it had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it felt tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed and the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again."

Amazing
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
GGuest UserThe rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The kitchen is clean and well-maintained, and the service is friendly and attentive. The environment is elegant and pleasant, with flowers and greenery. Parking is free and convenient.
LLunvshiVery good, good location, convenient life, I travel with friends,
The environment is very good, the service is satisfactory, the steak downstairs is the best steak in Buyi, not far from each other, there is a three-star Michelin steak is also very good.
SSZ2020Relatively new, very clean, the surrounding facilities are very complete, there is a park downstairs, the environment is good. Not very far from the subway station industry, travel is very convenient. The landlord is also friendly?
LLKHAGVASURENI'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended
Ainda assim, indico.
VVickie TehI was initially worried after reading some negative reviews, especially since I had a late check-in around 10pm. However, my experience turned out to be completely different.
I contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel.
Considering the price and location in the city, I think it’s definitely worth it. The accommodation itself has a very creative and unique design, which adds to the overall experience.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it 👍
GGuest UserThis is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
