"We got a low floor room facing inside, thus there was no view at all. You wouldn't want to open the window, which was opaque to ensure some privacy. Facing inside had an unexpected advantage, though, because you didn't get any noise from the pedestrian street out there, compared to the rooms facing outside. The room card didn't work, and the front desk re-programmed it twice. Even then you had to place the card for about 5 seconds before the door would unlock. Our room looked basic, but everything seemed to be there: wardrobe, safe deposit box, TV, small refrigerator, luggage rack, hair dryer, even reading lights above our beds. The location is, undoubtedly, very central and convenient with all kinds of shops and restaurants right there. In summary, if you want a basic bed/room on a budget, you are in the right place."

"I really liked the style, location, breakfast, the fact that there's a sauna, and that it's one of the rare hotels in Buenos Aires with a 12 PM checkout. I recommend it."

"The room was nice, and the breakfast spread was great. The price was reasonable, and the location is super close to Plaza de Mayo. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. Plus, the service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing anything I needed."

"Well, first of all, when I arrived, I didn't see any signage. It looked a bit like Men in Black, with transparent doors and a hallway with two people sitting at a table. That's where the confusion ends. The elevator is right behind them, where they're escorted out, and all the instructions are sent via WhatsApp during the ride up. The view from the window, naturally, doesn't match the ”city view” advertised when you booked it, unless, of course, you consider the entire downtown area littered with trash, in which case it's fine. Incidentally, it is. The location is excellent, on the main street that ends at the obelisk, making it easy to stroll. The food is understandable: there are tons of restaurants for every taste, and the meat, of course, is fantastic."

"It’s so loud outside, I had to use a pillow to seal the noise from my ears. Would highly recommend bringing earplugs. Also, the front desk literally did not tell me ahead of time that I had to pay a 80,000 Pesos tax to the city, especially right when I had to check out and had no money left. Would highly recommend someplace not too close to the beautiful Obelisk."

"The hotel is centrally located and it’s very easy and cheap to get around using Uber or DiDi. The room had good space and natural light, felt very clean, and was serviced daily. One small issue was that there was no bottled or filterwater in the room, and I didn’t know that tap water is drinkable in Argentina. Since there was no information provided, I ended up going thirsty the first night. It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about this. Otherwise, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The included breakfast was simple but good enough for a light start to the day, and I liked that there’s a grill machine to make toasties. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and a safe box. Overall, it was good value for money and I would consider staying again."

"Good location. Older building complex, does tje job well, and meets the price requirements. The staff is very helpful and thus staying here was comfortable and worked well. Overall a descent hotel and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the food."

"A localização do hotel perfeita, organização na chegada um pouco confusa, mas foi resolvido. Porém, o banheiro não havia tampa para saída de água da banheira, pedimos e ninguém resolveu. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Muito frio. O café da manhã excelente. Ainda assim, indico."

"Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil."
