"The restaurant below is outstandingly delicious. The appearance was difficult to understand because the color changed. I was dropped off a little earlier and searched for it, probably because the address was off even in a taxi. It was difficult to understand because there was no hotel sign."
"The location is particularly good, the apartment hotel, the security is very good. The room is very large and new and very clean. Chinatown is separated by 3 streets. Eating, traveling, very convenient. Also very safe"
"Another great stay - Micaela and Valentina are lovely hosts and are keen for all the residents to have the best stay. This time we had a smaller studio apartment- great shower, comfortable bed, good storage and a well presented kitchenette. There is also a great laundry room in the basement - very handy if like us you have been travelling a few weeks. We were delighted that they even stored our big luggage cases for us whilst we spent 4 nights in Patagonia. And there is an amazing bakery - fantastic empanadas and delicious tarts literally one minute across the street. Thank you Micaela and Valentina - we were sad to check out but we will be back. Adios"
"Relatively new, very clean, the surrounding facilities are very complete, there is a park downstairs, the environment is good. Not very far from the subway station industry, travel is very convenient. The landlord is also friendly?"
"Everything was wonderful. Even when I noticed a strange smell and sent a message about it, a staff member came right away and brought an air freshener. The next day, they cleaned our room for free. They always respond quickly and are always available to help. Great service and very attentive staff."
"The front desk and the apartment are 20 meters apart. Go right out of the apartment and turn left at the intersection. It takes about ten meters to get there.
It was already 8pm when we arrived, and we called the hotel and were told that the key was placed in a small box on the wall of the door, which was still very convenient to get.
Our car stopped at the intersection, in fact, walked about five meters down, because we have luggage and do not know the specific location, so let the car circle to the door of the apartment.
The apartment is very close to Chinatown, put down your luggage and go to supper."

Amazing
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though.
The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room.
We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious.
The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines.
The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great!
We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm.
I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout.
I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
GGuest UserThe rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The kitchen is clean and well-maintained, and the service is friendly and attentive. The environment is elegant and pleasant, with flowers and greenery. Parking is free and convenient.
AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, and the breakfast spread was great. The price was reasonable, and the location is super close to Plaza de Mayo. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. Plus, the service was excellent; they were very prompt in providing anything I needed.
GGuest UserGood location. Older building complex, does tje job well, and meets the price requirements. The staff is very helpful and thus staying here was comfortable and worked well. Overall a descent hotel and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the food.
LLKHAGVASURENI'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended
Ainda assim, indico.
VVickie TehI was initially worried after reading some negative reviews, especially since I had a late check-in around 10pm. However, my experience turned out to be completely different.
I contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel.
Considering the price and location in the city, I think it’s definitely worth it. The accommodation itself has a very creative and unique design, which adds to the overall experience.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it 👍
GGuest UserThis is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.
