"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs. You can walk to Dubai Mall or the Fountain Show (which was spectacular, highly recommend it!) in about 20 minutes. The room was incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price. They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM."

"The hotel is great except there is no food or shopping around the area, 10 - 15 walking to Metro under hot weather. The breakfast is not as great as what commented on the review, too simple variety compared to Holiday Inn Express in Kuala Lumpur and Shenzhen. However the staff is helpful, and extended stay until 5pm for 3am flight the next day. Shuttle bus to Dubai Mall stopped operations which is unexpected."

"The place is located at the center thus so convenient to go anywhere. The staff are friendly, approachable and neat. Big shout out to Mercline (i dont know if i spelled her name right) for the great service. Our room has a great view of the observatory and burj khalifa. The bed is comfy and the toilet is with hot/cold shower. This hotel is Value for money."

"I had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful. Just a few steps and you’re in the mall. Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, everything you need. It is a short walk from dubai /burj khalifa station."

"We extend our stay at this hotel for another 4 days. The location is excellent if you need to get any work done in the business bay. The food was good especially if you're spending a long time in the hotel doing work on your laptop or phone etc. you'll find yourself spending time at the buffet area orthe shisha area outside. Rooms are of a decent size, clean and comfortable. The reception and staff are very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in the bay area."

"The hotel is located at an excellent location for anybody who wants to have access to Dubai mall or the business Bay Area. It’s literally 10 minutes away by car from the mall with a smooth ride, no hassles. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained with availability of all basic amenities. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again in future."

"Always the best, but it was not as nice as my last stay though. The reception gave me a nice view on the entrance side. Now my side is just construction but still service and especially the restaurant food (whether breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner) are all amazing!!! Still one of the best Roves I’ve ever been to! Also got to say the beach lifeguards are also very kind and really good at reminding people, also explained to me what the flags mean. Great and very accommodating team!"
