This hostel is damn good! The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the mountains and the river. And it's incredibly clean. I booked a 4-bed female-only room, and it was super comfortable.
They are constantly cleaning, so the place is spotless everywhere, all the time. Highly recommend it, you won't regret it!
I was worried there wouldn't be any food options, but there are plenty of cafes with affordable prices. And just 5 minutes away, there's a store that has everything you need.

Very good location in the centre of the town if u are taking intercity bus to there. The hotel have a very nice glass view, full equip kitchen and lounge to chill and rest. Room is comfy and have a nice view.

Memorable stay at Haka House Lake Tekapo. Amazing view of the lake just in front of your eyes and walking distance to the Church of Good Shepherd for stargazing.

Haka House Lake Tekapo is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It is located right in front of the Lake Tekapo, offering breathtaking views through the large glass windows in the common area.

Too limited space and just B&B level. The advantage is the location, several steps away from Inter-city Bus stop and super convenient for travel and meals.
