Great neat and tidy. Great value. Location was at the back, but, definitely felt homely and tidy and neat. This place had heaps to offer. The little things was what I was impressed with, for example, free chargers, guides, books, magazines, Kitchenette, quality cutlery and cook set. It also had bonuses such as big telescope. Definitely enjoyed Alpine and would recommend.

The main purpose of staying in Tekapo is stargazing. The room is quite large and clean. It looks like a hotel-style B&B contracted by a group. Therefore, the interior decoration is not as distinctive as a real B&B. However, they are still very enthusiastic towards Chinese people (the enthusiasm in the email), and the overall experience is good. Check-in and parking are very convenient.
I stayed here and visited Tekapo Pukaki and Mount Cook. I was very happy

This was by far the best place I stayed at while traveling through New Zealand, even though there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. The process was still incredibly easy—getting the check-in information emailed to me was simple and straightforward. When I arrived, the room was clean, modern, and cozy, and they even left us a small gift since it was Christmas Eve. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The unit also had laundry facilities, which was a huge bonus after living out of our suitcases for over a week. I would definitely stay here again—it had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home.

Very good folk custom. The things are quite complete. Small refrigerator and toiletries.
What’s more interesting is that ducks and ducks will come to you. They may want to eat, but I personally recommend not to feed them.
Stargazing is more convenient. There is no need to go to the church to take pictures. You can just walk out of the house after dark.
