"We recently spent 3 nights at Nambiti Plains in July 2026, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. The location is fantastic, and the rooms and surrounding views are quite literally breathtaking. The Safari Experience: A massive highlight of our trip was our guide, Cait, nicknamed "Cait the Great"! She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure every single game drive was unforgettable. She really did her absolute best to track down the specific animals we were hoping to see. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jono and Danzel, who were fantastic game drivers as well. The Lodge & Hospitality The entire staff was amazing and made us feel so incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to: - Magdel and Bettie, who run the lodge seamlessly and ensure every guest has a perfect stay. - Cindy, Mobasa, and Precious, who took phenomenal care of us in the main lodge and kept our room immaculate. - Roy and Siyanda, who kept us well-fed from the kitchen! Pro Tip: If you ask Roy nicely, he might just treat you to some extra culinary surprises! We definitely recommend booking at least a 3-night stay to fully soak in everything this wonderful place has to offer. It was the perfect amount of time to relax and see the wildlife. If we are ever lucky enough to travel back to South Africa, Nambiti Plains will undoubtedly be the very first stop on our list. Thank you to the whole team for a trip of a lifetime!"

"We booked in for 2 nights on the 23rd and 24th of September. Our host Magda was warm and welcoming even at a 23h00 check in. She was so obliging and walked down to the guest room with milk, tea, sugar and coffee in hand to check us in. The room, kitchenette and bathroom was exceptionally clean.
